A starting step would be getting word out that you're here. Many of the older RPers remember this place by name, but few have seen it in action and fewer know it still exists. Most presumably assumed you guys died off or were forgotten in the months between then and now, and if Bolt hadn't mentioned the Justice Department over at the GPD then I wouldn't have known you guys were still going at it.
Actually this is the third name we've gone by. Beack when Hikaru first made this guild as a sub guild from the GA, we were the GG, Guild of Gundams. But we started breaking away a bit.. they never really sent anyone to us for checkups or missions so we just sat around and RP'd in our own little world. though on Occasion we were called to do battle. I can still remember when "The Joker" was on the top of the GA's most wanted. We'll due to th fact that we were slipping away.. and alot of bad memories.. We decided to create a new thread and change our name thats more suited for a subguild of the GA, which created the GMT: Gaian MS Team. That was around the time that Hikaru relinquished command to me as well. Then I sustained the GMT for awhile, came close to dieing and fading into the abyss of the pages a few times but we always managed to bounce back. Then we created this in the new guilds section under the Gaian Gov't (with a generous donation that is). Now, I was wanting to bring in my followers once the Government was fully set up. This was taking months... My people were growing impatient as we stayed in limbo waiting.. Finally I got fed up with the molassis of the Gov't and decided to go rebel.
As for the transferrance from the old guild to this one.. well.. I tried that.. But then after I gave my speech I noticed how in RP almost all of you talked in the past-tense.. as if you've all known me for a very long time. I couldent very well do a mass banning, I'd have no one left then. So I said screw it. But now what that rule mainly applies to is your mechs. That way you couldent complain about not having (your old mechs) in rp.
Oh and yes, Mei, you did well for your first time in battle. You see guys, I don't make decisions off of RP ability solely. She has abided by three rules to reach General and keep it. 1. She does as she's told. 2. She doesent break any big RP rules. 3. She doesent annoy me.
Combine that with that fact that I've known her for a very long time and I trust her, that is why she's at her position.
