I found a Murkrow once, but I killed it so my cousin gave me one for a Burmy I traded him.

Edit: I found one traded it for a Misdrevious I think

They are troublesome aren't they. Stubborn little things.
You can make the Burmy a sandcoat if you want. I think you just have to battle on a beach. I'm not really sure how it works.
