Nejis was the best, then sakura and kiba since akamaru grew so big, and lastly gaara it makes him look more like a kazekage

hmm... they all look really good, but I think Temary, Naruto, and Hinata's are the bast new outfits. Shika also looks pretty good in the Jounin jacket, but that's just it. It's the jounin jacket.

Ino, Lee, Shikamaru, Ten-Ten. They didn't change AT ALL! The person that really stands out is Choji, and Neji& Hinata.

I would have to say Shino.. Shikamaru changes before shippuden not including the studs from Asuma, Lee's is also not anthing to get worked up about because he just adds a vest an that's it.. I think Hinata's is a good change also.
