Oh but here is something that is really interesting. The Palm tree isnt a tree at all its actually a type of grass the grows upwards.

Yeah, I know this doesnt really count. But probally only a minute amount die out due to evolution...but then again I think the tear in the O-zone and Global warming is killing more.

The problem is - most animals on Earth live in balance with each other - and when we destroy thousands of acres of rainforest day after day - there just isnt enough habitat to support the natural environmnet - within a hundred years we will have cut down all of the rainforests on EArth - destroying the habitat for a majority of the life on EArth

OKay before anyone goes out there tree hugging and all. That is other countries cutting down rainforest, I agree that is wrong. But any tree's cut down in Oregon and other logger states like that they plant 5-6 tree's to everyone they cut down. Just making a clear difference.

True the US, sometimes more than others, is very eco-conciencous. And we are trying ot make the world better but its a long process.

But it would be better if we got everyone all around the world to be eco-wise

It's not only the trees getting cut down, it's ocean dumping, oil spills, and emissions. If only we could fix ALL of these problems, but it ain't that easy.
