Agito then started into a shallow meditaion still resting. His mind cleared and his body started to flow evenly with no rage calming him self

Agito then started back to his push ups, I hope now that my mind is clear i can to them now, he thinks to himself "i am worried agot ower rage leaking out in this dojo Shou tends to love his CQC i hope he can keep it bottled up in this place." Agito then leaned down to the floor and back up feeling relaxed

Agito fell again this time hitting his head on the floor he started to get angry at himself falling on the floor he got back up and started make doing push ups he leaned down and starting to come back up.

Agito failed again he still placed his hand in front of his chest forceing him self to do them, He started to feel a stong force in his hand from being pushed so hard on the floor like its burning him. He went down slow and slowly pushed back up

Agito felt his arms getting weak as he came up and his legs wanting to curl in to rest. Agito looked at Shou and thought ot him self deaply as he leaned back to the floor and pushing back up

Agito started looking at the floor seeling his sweat droped to the floor, he leaned down seeing the sweat go into the floor and leave a wet spot, he then started to push back up

Agito looked at the sweat as it was blood he thought of it realy hard as he did he thought of the night his mother and father died, His rage started to build, he thought to him self as he leaned down to the floor, Shou looks up to me yet i know hes stronger than me, Agito started pushing back up.

As he pushed him self back up he felt the rage desapate from his body and leaveing him he noticed a strang arua leaveing his plams, He lifted his hand up and seen nothing he placed his hand back down and seen it start to glow again.
