*Feeling the light tickle of a lone tear escaping down her cheek, Kalie buried her face in his shoulder. She had watched him die, unlike the doctor and more then once. As selfish as some might view it, Kalie didn't want to feel her chest knot up as his life slipped away for a third or possibly forth time.*

"Maybe the conversation should be moved to the throne room then.."

Torment nodded, "Quite, I'd like to speak with this Neotian face to face." The Doctor fumbled slightly, "Well, um, you have to have appointments and..' Torment interupted, "Or maybe the ability to crash the city with naught but a single thought?" The Doctor nearly fell over, "Yeah, That'd do it! You there! Go tell Neotian the guests would speak with him." A nurse nodded and teleported off to get to the Throne room that much faster.

"You do tend to get your way.. " *laughing softly, she smiled, having implied several other ways as well, given his nature.*

Vince stared, jaw open as he turned away, moving away and seeming to disappear after a moment, obviously back at Razor fields to fix it. He didn't feel like saying anything about it, just doing what he said.

Torment gave her a light kiss as a you're welcome and turned to the Doctor, "Lead on!" He wrapped his arm around Kalie as the two took to the air, following close behind after the Doctor as he led them to the Throne Room, personally.

As they arrived the guards parted the doors for them and the trio made their way inside with a blast of fanfare and a royal announcer announcing their arrival, stumbling when he had to announce Torment and Kalie, but Torment formed a little, ok, huge, sign in midair of blue energy for him to read off of, "Much Honored Rule Neotian, I present your brother Limonias as well as the honored guests Torment and Kalie!" Torment had not supplied their last names. Neotian stood, he made a slight bow of respect and the whole of his court made a low bow.

As he faced them once again the two had come to float at near eye-level, with Limonias standing off to the side, "You may go Limonias, I need only to speak with them, in private." As if on cue the Throne Room quickly emptied without much of a bustle, just quick motions. He looked over Torment, who now seemed to be full of vigor, "I officially welcome you, the both of you, to my Kingdom. I am saddened that we had to meet under such circumstances and with great loss for us all. But please, make yourselves at home. What is it you needed?"

As Torment spoke he seemed to have a flame of determination in his eyes, "Destruction. I know Ttans are known for it, and now I need it. In return for returning your city to the clouds and perchance an extended alliance, I would have access to your means of multiplanar scanning and forces needed to purge the multiverse of the Taint that is my evil."

Neotian seemed stunned for a moment. Never had anyone been so straightforward as to nearly demand such a great taxation upon their resources and manpower, but of course they had never really interacted with many either. He nodded slightly, thinking before he spoke, "We will gladly lend you the services of our scanning entwork, but the forces you ask for in order to neutralize your presence throughout the Multiverse could indeed be massive, considering your power. I will deliberate on this, but in the meantime I will still welcome you in these halls and grant access to the scanning array." Torment nodded, but did not bow, "And the alliance?" Neotian stared at him through beaded eyes, "Show us results and we'll talk." With that Torment gave a half bow and turned with kalie to leave, the Electric blue outline of his wings slowly filling in the longer the wings were extended.

He breathed a sigh of relief as they were finally out, "Hate formalities...anyway, as for whats next, I'm not sure. I think it would be best if the search was started and we just went home and relaxed for a bit. I can do some basic research on the means they used to stay aloft, because I'm quite sure not a single living soul up here knows how to do it. Aside from that I want to...call in a few favors."

A smirk formed as Kalie brought up the hot tub, his wing wrapping around her, the energy arcing from it flowing into her body. (*cough*yeah, you know) He gently laid a kiss on her cheek before he replied, "This things are so useful. Anyway, Aside from Vince, I'm thinking I'll need help from a few old friends. Darz Amerese and maybe this Cirino guy I know. Almsot considering asking Viper...." The two were slowly floating through the courtyard in the general direction of the Scanning Network Control Center.
