Sari puffed out her face into an adorable look. Mari just looked down as she kept her smile on her face. She was thoroughly enjoying having beaten Sari at this. "Yeah, you win this time!" Sari began to laugh as she began to take another step up the wall. Mari watched as her sister walked towards her. Sari had taken one step before begining her descent towards the ground. Her arm reached out to her sister before she had done anything else. Mari, knowing what she wanted, grabbed her hand as quickly as she could. "Sari, are you alright?" Sari looked down at the ground and back at Mari, "Um...I think so..." Mari pulled up on Sari's hand, taking her sister's elbow in her other hand. It would give Mari more of a firm hold on Sari as she tried to regain her composure and get her chakra running smoothly again. Sari had one foot on the wall, her other foot still dangling in the air. "Thanks Mari..." She whispered as she brought her other foot up to attempt to cling to the wall.

Sari got her foot on the wall with just enough of her chakra going through to the bottom of her feet. Sticking to the wall, she looked up at her sister and smiled happily. She had gotten the hang of it pretty well. That last fall must have had some major impact on her because she refused to fall this time. Mari had started to walk down towards the ground from the hight that the two had reached. Sari, on the other hand, jumped form her spot, landing on her feet perfectly. Though her skirt did fly up a bit in the back, it wasn't enough for anyone other than her sister to see. Mari sighed at Sari's un-lady-like nature. Not that it mattered to her at all. Her sister could do anything she wanted, as long as it didn't interfere with her own life. Mari was taking her time to reach the bottom of the wall. When she did finally land on the ground, she looked around, still seeing that Tadashi boy a bit aways. What was up with him anyway? All she did was ask him to let her go. Okay, more like tell him to. He needed to be taught more self control since his chakra control seemed good enough. "Star-sama. We finished." Mari had addressed Star in a rather formal way.

Star looked to the wall. She had been fixated on the boy as he left but whatever. The girls were her main concern. She looked up tot he two of them for a moment and grinned. What a happy little duo theys eemed to be now. They were gaining groud with this kind of thing quite quickly.
A grin played on Stars lips as she gestured for the two girls to coem back down to earth. "Good Job you two. Good job. Well now, YOu two deserve a bit of a rest now don't you. Hmmm I do so hope you can continue this pace. Things will be getting a bit more freaky from this point out."
She could only smile to the girls as she stood there looking to them. Her hand came up and pet the two of them on the head. "Hmmm lets go have breakfest." Her eyes shift up to Kage. He never ate...how could he, he was a puppet. He looked down to Star and it seemed like something was passed between the two of them. And without another word, he was off somewhere or another.

"May you all burn in hell," Tadashi mumbled as he walked off. He wasn't really all that angry at them though he noticed. He was angry at himself for not being angry at them. As strange as that might sound it was for a reason. He didn't like getting close to anyone. Not until he found that cruel person that deserved his kindness and friendship. For the truth was his friendship was the worst thing that he could ever give to anyone. For that person when the time came would die.

The girls looked at Star. Walking toward them, Mari's eyes shifted to that Tadashi boy. What was his problem? All Mari really wanted to do was throw a rock at him. Sari's eyes soon followed after Mari's. "Come on, Mari." Sari said as she took her sister's hand and pulled her towards Star. "Miss Star, what are we going to eat?" Sari's voice was happy and excited. Sari had missed having a sort of woman figure around. The girls had gone without their mother for quite some time. And their father wasn't a very good guardian. Coming home drunk every night wasn't something you should do when you have fourteen year old girls in the house. It fightened the girls to no end. Though in puplic it seemed as if nothing was wrong with them. It seemed as though there was no problems they deal with. Truth was, the girls depended on eachother for the love that they are deprived of at home. Sari couldn't really be so happy if her sister wasn't there with her to go through the same sadness and frightening hardships as she did. Mari on the other hand didn't give a damn one way or another. These things didn't bother her as much as it did Sari. All Mari wanted was to protect her sister. So that was what she did. Even though Sari always seemed to protect Mari more, Sari also had her breakdowns. Now, the girls seemed happy walking up to Star.

Star looked to them for a moment with a smile on her lips. Rubbing both of their heads, she laughed a little and soon began to walk off towards the market. "Come now. You can stop the Miss and all that hornorific crap. I'm just Star. We'll go buy some food and have Kage fix it. He's a much better cook than I am by far. My cooking tends to have a very...personal taste."
She smiled as she turned around to look to the girls. She then looked around for Kage. He was already gone from the looks of things. A grin came upon her lips again. "Listen, why don't you girls go wait up in our apartment. I'll go buy the food and be back shortly." She gave the girls the appartment number. They'd notice that it was one of the empy ones but oh well. Without much word, Star soon turned and shot off with Body Flicker.

[[Kage enters]]
Appearing at the door of his new house...well to be honest, he appeared a few doors down. He had the number wrong and had to go through the awkwardness of his key not working and some weirdo coming to the door. He corrected his mistake and moved to the new house.
Their was a deep chill in the air, not that he could feel it. The house was empty except a few standard pieces of furniture and appliances that were in each house to start with. He knew Star would probably remodel soon enough but as for now, it was fine for him. He took the food over to the stove and began to cook food for Star and the three kids.
The air filled with a foul oder at first but it soon changed to an alluring aroma out of no where. It was something tantalizing and tasteful to any that walked by the doorway. Amazing what you can do with poisons if you know how.

(Tadashi has lefteded...XD)
"All right, um...Star." Sari said a bit nervously. She'd always been taught to speak traditionally. Speaking to someone older than her, and more wiser, you should always speak formally. But Star seemed to have her own ideas about things so it didn't bother her very much at all. Mari, on the other hand, would continue her way of speaking. Not that anyone would notice much on her. She barely spoke in the first place. Mari was much more stuck on things she'd been taught. She never forgets them. Sari turned and started to skip away joyfully as Mari hung back, trying to keep the number of the appartment in her head. "Don't go to far Sari..." Mari instructed. Only to have her sister ignore her and head out farther. The lighter haired girl wasn't going to listen to her sister if she didn't need to. Mari kept an eye out for the apartment. Soon the number popped up and she stopped infront of it. Looking to her side her sister was still walking away. "Sari." She said in a firmer voice than earlier. That caught Sari's attention all right. She hated it when her sister gave her that 'strict' voice. Sari sighed and turned around, seeing Mari in front of a door, she ran over. This had to be the appartment...right? Sari opened the door and walked in. A heavenly aroma drifted to the girls, drawing them inside further. They saw Kage cooking and Sari smiled. "I didn't know you could cook!"

Kage was inside fixing quite a few dishes. He looked back to the girls and then back to his food. THey would notice that his cloak was off. He was wearing just a black shirt and pants and looked to the food again.
This would be the first time they'd see him for what he was. His joints were rounded and his arms were wooden although crafted expertly. Normally, he wore longer clothing to keep up the appearance of being human but in his own home, he didn't give a crap at this point. not with these girls. He was a puppet, just as Star had said. Yet he moved and spoke on his own.
Looking to the girls, he found them a bit more worn for wear and needing of a break...too bad. He looked to the bag on the table and pointed. "One of you had me the black bottle in that bag. The other bring me the red fish."

"Hm? Yes sir~!" Sari sang as she ran to the bag. Seeing the fish made her cringe and she looked over at Mari, practically begging. Mari sighed and walked over, grabbing the fish, What a baby... She thought. Handing him the fish without thought, Sari came up behind her with bottle in hand. "Here you go, sir!" She said happily. Mari didn't much like what the two things the girls had given him were. It didn't seem right and she wasn't sure the girls should eat them. "What are you making?" Sari interupted Mari's thoughts. Mari only looked up at Kage in wondering. Her sister had a point. Was he making food or making a poison to kill them? Her eye brow could be seen raising just a hair. Even Sari didn't notice, she was too busy trying to see what the puppet man was making.

He was a man of few words...but he loved the kids so he didn't mind speaking with them. He soon moved over to the fish and pulled out a knife from within his arm. Running it under the water to clean it of any blood or guts, he stabed it into a specific part of the fish. Moving the blade in a circular motion, he cut out a small chunk of it and threw it away. He tehn proceeded to gut and clean the fish like one would any other normal fish.
"This is a specialty my mother use to make me." he then took the bottle and placed it in a bot of boiling oil. He undid the top of the bottle and placed the whole thing in the water, bottle and all. The water came to about midway up the bottle. He then placed a top on it.
"Its a dish that looks far worse than it tastes. If made improperly, it can kill you in a heartbeat. If made correctly, you'll gain quite a full stomach." He looked back to the two of them, "You two look like you could use a good meal."
He continued to cut and fix the fish and suddenly there was a loud poping sound from inside the pan. He looked to it then pointed, "One of you, take out all the glass shards. Use a straining ladel. Make sure to get every last piece." the water was now black with pieces of the black glass floating in it..

Truth was, he was right. Well, half right. When Sari made her meal the night before, Mari hadn't eaten. Eggs was something Mari hated. Sari wasn't a bad cook...but she wasn't a good one either. Mari soon found herself near him as well, watching him gut the fish. It was quite interesting from her point of view. Sari, on the other hand found it disqusting and backed away. "Your mother...?" Sari said quietly. But, wasn't he a puppet? Hm...maybe puppets have parents too! "Then it has to be delicious! Mothers always make the best food!" Sari gave a cute little giggle before crinkling her nose at the fish again. She gave quick a jump when she heard the popping from the pan. It took her a moment to gain control of her heart beat again. Mari didn't much flinch when she heard it though. Mari looked at Sari, somewhat asking if she should do it. Sari smiled and took up the ladel while Mari just stood back and watched. She was much like Kage in her own little way. Sari happily stood before the pot, taking out the glass while singing her own little song.

The meal was finished shortly after their aid. The glass had absorbed the poison after it broke leaving only the good tasting brooth behind. The part that Kage had cut out of the fish was the poison sacs. The exact point he stabed into it at was the vein that carried the poison into the rest of the body. By cutting that first, he made sure the poison wouldn't reach the rest of the body before he cooked it.
The meal he made was a light salad toped with fish that was steamed in the boiling water the poison had been in. It had a slightly crunch texture as he let the water boil all out and sit on the bottom of the pan for 2 or 3 minutes more. The salad was fresh and crunchy as well. He plated it and handed the girls their share and went to sit down. He didn't eat after all. He simply sat on the old raggidy couch and crossed his legs in meditation.

Sari's mouth almost watered when the food was finished. She gratefully took the food that he'd handed her. "Mari...should we wait for Star before eating...?" Sari looked over at Kage before looking down at her food. "I'm not sure. It would be the respectful thing to do, but knowing you-" Mari turned her head towards Sari to see some of the salad already sticking out of her mouth. Sari gave a blank stare to Mari before taking the rest of what was sticking out in her mouth. Mari had to restrain herself from laughing. To her, Sari had looked like a cat that just got caught eating a family's pet bird. Sari finished up her food, as Mari stood and picked at it. She wasn't sure if she should eat without Star. Her eyes glanced over at her sister who was nearly finished already. Oh well... She lifted some of the salad to her mouth and took a bite. It really was delicious! No wonder Sari couldn't help herself. Even if he was a puppet, his cooking skills were great! Mari was silent, watching as Kage meditated. He was an interesting person for sure. Well...maybe not person...but...it didn't really matter. What else did he do that the she didn't know of?

He looked to the two of them. "When your done, I'll start your combat training. Eat now. Star will not care. She'll eat when she comes back."
He had opened his eyes but then closed them again. He was meditating quietly and sat there without another word. He wanted them to finish then he'd move them along.
He had a few ideas as to how they'd start the next part. Their level of skill was fairly low so he'd work on getting them better at the basic movements. If they could hone in on those, higher level techniques would be simple.
