Gyani, dizzy by what had just appened took a while to notice she was /on/ Kage, and he wasent frolicking away She quickly got off of him, falling on her rump a bit. 'Uhh, are you.. ok? ' She said, trying to seem lessbaffled possible.

He took a couple of moments and raised his head to look at her eyes. "I'm fine," he said, quite embarrased that he had just blanked out while she had been with him. He sat up slowly, looking around and then at her. "I believe you're it," he whispered with a small smile. His golden flcked eyes moved about, his tail giving a few swishes here and there. The sun was high in the sky, the heat coming upon the area they inhabited.

"How about we go to that river? Its getting hot. " She suggested, with a thick fur coat, swimming sounded good.

"If you want to, sure," he said smiling, then taking a couple of steps toward her. "Ready to go Gyani?" he questioned, trotting a few steps and placing his front paw's toes into the water.

Gyani walked into the water and started to paddle when it got deep. "Coming in? Its great! " She smiled, waging her tail.

He gave off a tail wag and entered the water. He swam up beside her and started to paddle along. The cool water made for a great relaxation pool, and he was having a great time with the new female.

Gyani smiled. "There was a river near my old pack, " She started. "We used to go fishing. " She smiled, though not liking to remember her old pack.

"I like to fish," he said, making a reply to her comment. He slowed down a little, trying to make a comforting gesture and then asking her something a little nosey. "If you don't mind telling me," he started, then continued, "Why did you leave them in the first place?" He looked at her with those beautiful golden eyes and a small handsome smile on his face to try and calm her emotions.

Gyani paused and lowered her head, submergind her lowerjaw in water before raising it again "I.. wasent the one that left.. " She looked at the pink marking on her right shoulder, she wanted to find a way to put her past.

He went quiet for a second, a few images from his own past flashing before him. "You, you were the one who was left?" he managed, feeling angry that they could've done that to her. She was such a beautiful female, and intelligent too. Why would they do that?
His past made no more sense to him than hers, and he wanted to know everything she had to say. He wished to comfort her, have her seek his embrace. All he could do for now is try his best, and hope that he was accepted.

"Well, you see. I was born in a, pretty religious pack. And, they.. well, thought my.. marking was, a bad omen, thats why most wolfes had a rough pelt, not many markings, and the ones werent like mine, just, bloches.. It was a nice pack, so they wuldent just leave me to die. After i learned how to hunt, they exiled me.. " Did she really want to talk about how the /humans/ played part?

He lowered his eyes, disappointed that she would've been put through something like that. "So, they let you live..." he stated, now realizing that if they would've let her die, he would've still been alone and devestated. "Could you," he said slowly, "Continue?" He raised his eyes to meet hers, trying to relay his feelings toward her past. The fact he wanted to know, wished to help her in any way he could, and would be there for anything she needed him for. He couldn't leave her now... or maybe even ever...

"Yes.. " she said, but her eyes were blank and she was just staring at the water. "I was living near the packlands... And, i saw some hunters run by with guns, and then i heard my packs cry's.. " She managed. "And, i went to see and my, old alpha was cornered, there were three humans. Two were injured and culdent old they're guns, but the other was aiming for him.. So.. I remembered puphood and.. attacked... " Images flooded her mind, tail wuld have been tucked far between her legs if she hadent been swimming. "And then, they greeted me like any normal wolf, but them more humans came and we had to separate.. Though i dont wanna see them again.. "Gyani muttered the last part, ears folding back.

He nodded his head solemnly with her words, taking in the complete meaning of the situation. He started toward her slowly, hoping she wouldn't drive him away. He gently placed his head on her neck and whispered, "It was the right thing to do." He took a couple of moments near her and then mumbled, "And I won't let them, or anyone else, cause you that kind of pain again." His words were sincere, not cheesy or embarrased, but speaking what his mind couldn't help but thinking.
He didn't say anything more, hoping he calmed her enough for her comfort. He really like this female, Gyani, and didn't want to seperate from her. Kage couldn't stop his feelings, and hoped they wouldn't be rejected.

Gyani blinked, and when her eyes opened a bit of happyness culd be, before she turned around and went for the shallow water. "Lets cach some fish! " she knew chasing a fish was useless, them being faster underwater.
