My idiot brother took my phantom dvd to school and let a friend borrow it. He said that is if she didn't bring it back he would kill her. But alas she did not bring it back. Day after day I waited for him to come back home with it but he didn't. Now school has ended for us and I am still without phantom. An entire summer without phantom. This will be horrable.

T-T The other day, I had a glass on my desk.

And when I moved my mouse it knocked into a box which knocked the glass off my desk.

I wasn't too upset about it, but as I was picking up the pieces, something white was there.

I pick it up and...

IT WAS CHRISTINE'S HAND. gonk gonk gonk crying crying

I started crying, because it was from my Limited Edition Music box which cost me like $60. ;~; And I was horrified.

And it was awful.

But my mom glued her hand back on.

xD Poor Christine.

I just went to Las Vegas in July.
And Phantom was playing at the Venetian.
I had saw the tickets being sold on the internet before we left, but my parents said that we would have watched it on Thursday, but we were going to a water park instead.
xp
On Thursday, we didn't go to a water park. We stayed at the hotel.
Luckily, I did get to go take pictures with all the Phantom stuff, and go to the gift shop.
And I even heard 'Masquerade' in the bathroom.
XD
It was a good vacation overall, but I would have loved to see the musical.
I heard that it had an amazing chandelier drop, and it would have been the first time I see it on stage.

Last night at a Broadway show called Hairspray, I was talking to the band director at intermission. She asked if it was like I expected and I said yes, because I had already seen the show here, and what I really wanted to see was Phantom of the Opera. "Well, why didn't you tell me?" she said. "I could have gotten you tickets to Phantom!"

A moment of realization...

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!

She didn't know I wanted to see Phantom?! Who else would bring Phantom books to class and hide them under a chair?! Who else would wear a mask to school?! Who else would cheer when the title song from Phantom was brought out in band?! Who else in her class has a shirt that says "Phantom of the Opera, London"?! Who else but a TRUE PHANTOM PHAN??!!!

I cried all through the second act. crying

A true Phantom tragedy.....

I lost my only copy of Phantom, the Susan Kay novel.
I cried.
But not really.

Mine's not as devastating really, but still:

Apparently when I was little, like a baby, my grandmother saw one of the guys who played the Phantom in Canada. It was one of those things where the actors come out in public and talk to the people and stuff. Lucky....

Also my Aunt is staying with my older sister who goes to art college in Cinncinati, and CATS is playing over there. But then they said they might go see James Bond instead and I'm like 'WHAT?!' They need to go see CATS. And bring me a souvenier....or five.

This is a sucky misfortune but it's horrible for me.
If I want to watch POTO

Reminds me of my mom when she in part made PotO an unpleasent experience for me for a while.

She was like, "If you mention Erik again, I'm going to charge you a quarter for every time you say it."

Got me to shut up about it for a few months. Got me to lose interest in it for those months as well.

I was pissed.

My friend last year, I talk to her a lot and once in a while PotO comes into the convo, I was talking to her about musicals and I wanted her to guess what my 2nd fave. musical was and she was like:
"Lemme guess, Phantom of the Opera?"
and I was all like: "No, My second Fave is les Mis, My first and the rest are PotO" rofl ((Of course, I was kidding. I have a 3rd))

Hm...well, I left my Leroux in my locker, and it got stuck under my english book for about...3 months. Eventually, I went to clean my locker because I was freaking out, and there it was, along with my lost copy of The Giver.

my best friend and I went to NYC this weekend, and we both desperately wanted to go see Phantom on Broadway, but neither of us thought we could afford it. However, our trip got cut short a day and both of us ended up going home with enough spending money to have bought Phantom tickets. *cries*
and my boyfriend has misplaced my copy of SK Phantom. *readies her punjab*

At the pops concert my school did in March, I had a solo that was right after my choir's set. My throat gets very dry when I'm nervous, and it wasn't any better after just singing four songs. So I opened my mouth and my first note was a horrible croak. Breakin' it down, Carlotta-style. And then I had to clear my throat loudly and keep singing. It was so embarrassing.
Anyway, I just remembered it yesterday and I've finally connected it! It must hve been Phantom punishment for slaughtering a Sarah Brightman song (what a coincidence). Well, actually, I remembered to bring water on stage the next night and I was fine. And at least nothing fell on me.

I was cleaning up the living room, and I saw a movie ticket for POTO. I asked my mom "What is this?" *waving ticket*. She got to see it in IMAX when it came out in theatres. And it was for free since my cousin works there. crying Luckkyyy!
Too bad I wasn't into Phantom that time.

Yeah, I didn't see it in theatres either, because I wasn't into Phantom until 2006 summer.
