Asher smiled but didn't reveal any fangs. A nice trick when you were over 400 years of age and a master.
"Oui, je suis aussi un vampire."
Raven blew her bangs from her face and looked at her nails. "Aren't you suppose to be home with Jay and the twins? I'm the one who needs the break not you."
Asher blinked.

Jean smiled and nodded. He found it unusual that he would run into one and a half vampires in just one night. Jay? Obviously the other father. Was he a vampire as well?
He shuddered a little and pulled his coat closer to hug his body. He really was quite sensitive to temperature. "This is interesting. When I left my house I wasn't expecting anything much to happen. Instead I meet two vampires, one of which fed off me." He commented in an almost disbelieving tone. Was this maybe some kind of dream he had yet to wake up from? What are the chances of this happening if it wasn't?

Asher blinked and grinned. "Raven fed from you?" He didn't she did take blood in.
Rave shuffled her feet. "Not my fault the cravings were awakened...it was either feed now or get real cranky and ask Jay to be fed from...and he can't support two of us...."
Asher blushed a little, knowing that was true. Jay couldn't support both of them...

Now Jean was guessing that this 'Jay' wasn't a vampire. How unusual. "I wonder what it's like living with vampires..." he muttered aloud curiously without realising.
He started tugging on his brunette hair again when he looked up at Asher again. "You get these cravings more often then her? You're a fullblood?"

"All four hundred years of me..."
He grinned boyishly, his favorite smile. He bowed, hair still in place before he placed the cigarette to his lips and puffed softly on it.
Raven turned her gaze to Jean. "Camp at my house and you might find out."
"Let us not worry Jay with a stranger at the house, ma cherie..." Asher warned gently.

"Hmm?" It took a few seconds before Jean realised what she was talking about. "Oh! I said that aloud?... I'm not sure I'd want to. I barely know either of you." He said with an awkward smile.
"Not to mention the piles of work I've got waiting for me to get home." He added pulling the sleeve of his coat away so he could check the time on his watch.

"You must return soon?" She asked, half hoping he didn't have to. She was liking his company... and he didn't taste all that bad.
Asher blinked and wondered what Raven was thinking. No blood ties so he only got a sense of what was being thought of.

"No. I can take as long as I want. It just means I'll be working overtime on a few days." He replied shaking his head. "There's nothing too difficult at the moment either, so it wont be hard to catch up. I could use all the out-time I can get right now." He continued hugging his coat close to him again.
"Is it really this cold or is it just me again?" He asked looking at the others who didn't seem affected.

Raven glared at him before looking back to Jean. "Asher can't feel the cold unless it was extreme temperatures...I on the otherhand, feel a small chill but nothing more...."

"Hmm... The effects of being in the house for so long I guess." he said with a shrug. "Now I really know how bad my living habits have gotten. I'm officially taking the next 3 days off." He said before biting his bottom lip with the thought.
"Which is just as well, because that may very well be how long it takes before I find my way back home again." he said with a chuckle looking around again. He shuffled his aching feet a little before looking back at Raven.

"That might be a good idea." He replied stretching his arms out infront of him. He blew some of his hair out of his face and looked around again. "Or we could keep moving. Either way suits me fine. My legs need to get used to walking around a lot." He said with a little shiver. A normal person would probably be sweating in his position. It was unusual to feel so cold even though he was so warm.

Raven smiled and came toward him, clearly taking his arm in hers. "Then let's keep moving shall we?"
She peeked over her shoulder and grinned at the blonde vamp. "Care to join us, sir flirt?"
Asher frowned and followed behind, flicking the butt of his now finished cig away.

Jean chuckled at the vampire and turned his attention back to Raven. "You know where we're going?" he asked letting her lead the way.
