Venera looked at him then back to the museum. She could always come back to finish looking around. "I'd love to," she replied with a smile. "Will Alice and Angenette be coming with us?"

Gerard paused, his face going blank until a great smile broken his confusion a a chuckle burst from his chest.
"Why, only if you'd like them to join. Angenette would complain it's too early and little Alice might get curious and wander off. Who would find her then?" He inquired of her, his eyes glittering at his riddle.

Venera thought on it for a moment. She didn't know the girls as good as him. "Well...if we left them here, however, they might end up leaving and then we'd never find them." Plus, she wouldn't want them to be upset if they weren't included.

"Ah, then I know them a great deal better than you." Gerard began, holding out a hand for her as he turned his body in the general direction of the garden. "For you see, my sister would be only distressed for a mere moment before she would scurry home. Little Alice would follow her friend, yes, but she knows I can handle myself. Therefor, I have made the decision unless you would like to reproach the subject." He said, his chest poked out with a bit of gusto.

Venera took his hand and listened. He did know them better. "Well, that's not so bad then." She had never really had to keep tabs on people before so she was used to just coming and going as she pleased. But she always wanted to make sure people were included in things. "I suppose we shall go then and enjoy the afternoon eating sweets," she replied, eyes sparkling in anticipation.

Gerard nodded, walking casually, or as casually as he could given his situation.
"So... Where are you from?" He inquired curiosuly, attempting to make pleasent conversation. He was extremly giddy and was trying desperatly to hide that fact.

Venera smiled at the question as she walked with him. "To be honest, I'm not sure. I've traveled around ever since I was a child, never staying in one place for too long." She hadn't really thought much on it before though it didn't bother her much. "How about you?"

He paused, blinking at her reply.
"I've only ever lived around here." Gerard replied softly. "Why do you travel so much? He was trying to keep his face blank, especially considering how fast he was falling for her. For goodness's sake, she was a total stranger! Yet he was already feeling the familar tug of jealousy...

Venera shrugged a little. She had never thought of that either. "I'm not sure," she replied, her eyes gazing off to the distance. "I guess I just liked to see different things and meet different people. It also gave me a chance to match people it. It's rewarding to see them so happy together after."

Gerard felt his heart jump at his sudden thought, waiting patiently for her to finish before he began his questioning.
"Do you always match people everywhere you go?" He inquired softly, opening the door that lead outside for her to walk out first.

"Thank you," she said first when he held the door open. Her wings fluttered in the fresh air as she took in a deep breath. She loved the outdoors as well. "I try to, if it's possible. Like, if I meet two people and see a connection, I try to get them together. Sometimes all I have to do is have them meet. Other times I use simple charms, spells, or potions to ease things along."

Gerard nodded understandingly. It was a simple thing. Truely... Yet he paused, a strike of jealously flaring up.
"Do you... Ever make chamrs or potions for yourself?" He inquired curiously, trying to seem purely curious and not hinting at anything.

Venera glanced at him curiously. "For myself?" She then smiled and shook her head a little, wings fluttering again. "I don't think they would work on me, even if I tried. But I've not. I've only done it for others." Because she usually always put others before herself.

Gerard paused, looking at her. His eyes softened softly, his face a smidgit sad.
"Maybe... Maybe because you're so beautiful, you wouldn't need a charm." He replied, forcing his face into a smile. Gerard wasn't one to attach to a person at first sight, so this was new. He wasn't used to feeling so vunerable.

Venera looked at herself, not able to see herself fully without a mirror. She never would have believed herself ugly but she could never be as pretty as her decedents. "I honestly don't know about that. I mean, I've never really tried to find love for myself. I always put other people before me so they can be happy."
