Uh... thanks. redface But really, I'd rather not the Board of Education gave out such tests; it's embarrassing to have your name read out and your results commented on...
Oh, crap! I just remembered... Aside from having similarities with Hilary, my life after college is going to be eerily similar to Kai's.
I'm currently the eldest grandchild to carry my grandfather's last name (the real eldest grandchild doesn't, unfortunately). Well, grandpa died a few years back and Grandma is the current proprietor of all our property (three mini-hotels and 2 private beach resorts to name a few); but I overheard her and my dad talking before I left for college and...let's just say once I graduate, I'm first in line (after my dad) to be in charge of the whole family business... and unfortunately, my family name's pretty well-known here, especially in Davao.
I just wish I could get out of it somehow, or hand the business to my younger sis, or hand it back to my dad, or...
-ahem- Back to fave characters... a few weeks back, I was on dA and on a whim searched for my nickname. Imagine my surprise to see some artwork titled 'Hiwatari Kei' or 'Kei Hiwatari'...with KAI in them. rofl Whoops! I think I blushed a bit; seeing my nickname attached to a fave character's last name is... well... =P

Well, you could have my lifestyle... I certainly don't want to grow up and be the head of some family business (a business I've heard has recently gone international - it's first branch is somewhere in Japan; I know 'cause my grandma showed me stare )
Besides, having a 'normal' lifestyle is good; in my case, Grandma was pissed that I didn't take a business course for college ("How do you expect to run the business after your dad?!"), and then I had to undergo this 'secretarial internship' thing a few summers ago, under my dad. Filing papers + taking care of clients + balancing accounts = xp gonk
I thought I'd escaped all that crap for a while when I came here to the capital (no nagging grandparent/other relatives), but nooooo. Next thing I know, teachers twice my age are asking if I'm going to join the 'Reserve Officers Training Core' and follow my grand-uncle's footsteps (I asked my dad and he said that Tom-ojisan was a 4-star general. eek ).
It's nuts.
Let's swap lives?

Unfortunately, I can't afford an identity change right now, because apparently I have relatives in almost every country! eek So if I went to live with you, they'd know sooner or later, then I'd have to go back. stressed
But if I want an early grave...I could always do what my grandfather did on the side... Yeah, he was a successful businessman, but... he was also an intelligence agent, working as a counterpoint of sorts against the rebel groups in Mindanao (where I'm originally from, and that's still in the Philippines). I don't think I have to explain what that is, ne? xd But seriously, that life seems more appealing than being in the army - all those rules! - or being the head honcho of a family business. I'd probably pull a Kai Hiwatari [from Vol. 14] and take off somewhere instead of attending to meetings and appointments and such.
rofl Oh, boy, I can see my sister as my secretary (she's perfect for the job!) going "Oh, no! Where'd oneesan go now?!" -panics-
But...if I were to visit you... why the heck not? blaugh

I want to tell you that ever since fourth grade, I was labled "Max Tate". I took my friend(beyblade guru) and she said I was Max. Also, we have the same personality, and (fill in last or first) name. That's why I like Max! He soooooooooooo sweet! blaugh

I know! Poor thing. She already told me that she doesn't want to run the business (hence I can't hand it off to her), but that she'd be glad to be my secretary, if ever the time came...
...Oh, crap. stare Dad just told me (through text messaging) that I had another business-training thing when I get home. Something about sitting in at a board meeting... The bad thing is, I can't get out of that s**t meeting; apparently, my grandmother already told three board members that I'd be there, so they're expecting me... stressed Dammit...
Sheesh, I don't blame Kai for running away from work.
What I'd give to have a normal life... I just want to be a fashion designer, comic artist, translator (in UN), or a news person when I graduate...
Okay, sorry for putting all this here; it just...fits, y'know? Relating to a character, somehow and all that... sweatdrop
Hikari-chan! Kawaii desu! I'm just imagining you standing next to Max, and then someone calls you, then both of you turn and go 'Yeah?' blaugh

-groan- You couldn't have picked a worse question... I've several, actually...
1. Kai - Looking at him, I'd say if he ever got interested in girls, he'd most likely go for low-maintenance girls (which totally goes against my KaiHil thing, but never mind...). Frankly, I'm as low-maintenance as they come. So much, in fact, that my mom's complaining about my 'lack of attention' to physical appearances. rolleyes Seriously, as long as I don't look like I didn't bathe at all or grab random stuff from my closet, I'm okay.
2. Max - We're both spontaneous people - well, Max looks like he's a spontaneous sort sweatdrop Besides, if I went out with Max, it probably won't be to dinner, but to an amusement park, or something close to that. And I LOVE amusement parks! blaugh
3. Brooklyn - Nature lovers, unite! No, seriously, I've talked to several animals already, from a stray cat I found on the street (kawaii! heart ), to this random bug thing that started crawling up my arm (interesting story attached to that, but I'll save that for...sometime else). Also, my sister has often said that there was another me hidden inside...which came out when Rei accidentally delivered a liver kite to my back (OUCH! Again, interesting story regarding this, but I'll save it for next time).
4. Robert - no, no, definitely not because he's hot. It's just... -sigh- I've this thing for -gulp- manners. Especially when we go out to eat at some swanky restaurant. Seriously! I can't count how many times my parents have asked which fork/spoon/knife is the one for the appetizer/entree/dessert/etc. Or how often I've told my sister off for not using her napkin, or else using the wrong utensil. And other stuff. Also, when speaking to authority figures, I go all formal. And you guys know how Robert is... sweatdrop
That's all I can think of for now. I've spotted some other traits that make me compatible with some other characters, but I can't remember them at the moment...

It's spelled just how I spelled it, Lighty: c-o-m-p-a-t-i-b-l-e. 3nodding
I guess if I do have to go out with Robert, I'll just pray that he doesn't launch into a boring story about his illustrious background. If he does, I'll counter with one of my own (I blame my grandmother for this. At least Grandpa was fun.)...
Things could work out between me and Yuuya/Wyatt, too. I've a male friend who acts just like him (it's adorable, really), and we get along great!
