coz 70s or lower is not acceptable for my parents crying

agreed! we asians are smart... but well, not all of us are i guess
anyways... lol, im like the other way around. my parents dont really expect straight A's (although that is what i get every time xd ), but they rather want me to get a B and go out and do other stuff. but see... i say that B is the worst grade ever scream and that C or lower is just beyond bad stressed
lol, yea.. so im a straight A person or rather an academic type of person, but i do other things too. i live up to my parent's expectation on that. 3nodding

My family is pretty much first generation Asian Americans, so
really they are happy if I just pass with a D or a C just as long as I'm not failing - I know, I could raise them, but you wanna try to pass AP Chemistry for me instead?! Sheeeeshhhhhh it sucks asssss!
And whoever started the whole "asians are good at math"
I'll end up strangling... not ALL asian are good at math, there are exceptions like myself and a few other of my asian buddies I know.

i got an A- in math and my dad just tells me that i should try harder sweatdrop i personally dont like math that much... but i feel bad for my brother since he has like an F and my parents keep telling him to try harder everyday (i probably could try harder, but i dont see the point of studying everyday xd )

Well I got my final grades, and my average was a 97.5.
To me, that's not good enough. D:

I can't get anything below a B- in all classes except math, because I'm good at math. My parents urge me to get A's, but they realised that I'm not capable of it.

Meh. I got a C on a homework assignment and a B+ on a test. I wasn't allowed to go outside for awhile. = My parents are too strict on my grades. XO; Quote: T r u e A s i a n L o v e:

I'd like to strangle 'em too. scream My math grade's decent, but I always have people swarming over to me for answers to random math things... .. that we learned several years back. -_-

there a korean guy in my class who told everyone he hated me cause i had a higher grade them him in our class and on the final exam, he was all like man my dads gonna be so mad at me hes gonna be all like why didn't you get an a plus and im thinking well at least his parents care, he had a 98 and i got a 106 in the class=) and on the final i got a 98 and he got a 95 mrgreen

my kid is an hounor roll stud.....~.~ i dont pushe her hard nore does angmar-sama, where happy as long as she has a passing grade.
(she scored higher then the 5th grader XD )
