"Alright, well then lets go."

Ross and Ryu went outside and headed back into the market, stopping by different stores and such. Ross hoped to find something new at the stores that he went to already. There wasn't anything on his list, but random new things were always welcome.

Ryu followed Ross outside and into the market and around to the diferent shops. They stopped in shops that Ross wanted to go into, and they also stopped at shops that Ryu himself wanted to go in. They talked about different things they saw, and the overall atmosphere of the conversation was going well. What were the odds that them meeting would happen?

"Alright, well we've been to all the places that I wanted to go to, is there anywhere else that you want to go?"

Ross wanted to find a reason for them to hang out some more, he liked the company. The road of his life has been empty when it came to geniune firends like Ryu had been turning out to be. So since Ryu came to the capitol every now and then, Ross felt that there was a good chance that they would be able to hang out in the future.

"Actually, I want to go to the temple, there is a library and prestigious shop of spells there, I want to go look at the ancient ones that only the greatest of sages know how to use, and I want to get tested to see if I can learn some of the other ones."

"What I mean by tested is, when you go to shops like the one in the temple, they will 'scan' you to see what your level is. Of coarse your level doesn't matter 100%, since different people learn faster, and master more, know what I mean? But since the librarians don't have time to know you your whole life, they do a general scan, and that lets them know what spells you can handle, they don't want us Black Mages blowing anything up, ya know?"

"Ya I know eactly what you mean, us White Mages don't have to go through that, but it makes sence. Well I'm all for going to the temple, I've never been there. It sounds like a cool place, do you know where it is? Cause I don't obviously."

Ross liked the sound of the temple, he imagined it as a prestigious place for more mages and people like him that weren't as... out of tune with the world. He didn't want to say common people, cause there was nothing wrong with being common. But what he liked about the temple was that most people there would have a head on their sholders.

"Ya I know exactly where it is, follow me as we walk to it."

They headed over to the temple, and they stopped as they reached it's base. Looking up at its majesty and overwhelming essence it had. It was huge to say the least, and its halls were as amazing as its outside structure.

They went up the many steps it took to get to the entrance, and once they got up the steps, they took a break, there were a lot of steps.

After breathing for a moment, Ross spoke,

"That, was a lot of steps. My workout for the day is done." Ross said in a joking manner.

"So this is the place, it's amazing. Do they have anything for white mages here? Wait, I shall find out for myself, I'll leave you to your business, and we'll meet back here when we're done, alright? Let's say, take 2 hours to explore. Sound good?"

"That sounds fine, two hours it is then."

They separated in the temple, and went about their business.

Ryu thought to himself while he was alone, "Alright, so I need to get tested first, that is located over there, and then I want to buy some new spells, if they have any new ones that is. Hopefully something rare has come in, and hopefully that nice old lady who loves me will be working. If she is, I might be able to get her to bring me to the back room to look at their newest things. Then I need to go on over to the library, I heard that there is one new scroll that the ancients have found, and that they are trying to learn how to do it here in this very temple."

Ryu finished all his business and he actually was able to score two new spells from the nice old lady. He slipped a bad of coins in her skirt pocket nice and easy, so that she wouldn't feel it. There were many coins in the bag the ammounted to way more then the two spells were worth, but he appreciated all that she has done for him, he wanted to give her a presant. So now he made his way through the temple until his time was up.

"Yes, she gave me sight, but the cost was my sight," Maerye said, weaving through the crowd, careful to barely touch the people around her with gentle brushes of her shoulder. It was an ingenious method... as long as no one ran into her. Which, today, they did not.

"It is all convening at the temple today," she said in a low tone, knowing she didn't need to question whether or not they had followed her. "Those, who unknowingly have, for eons, been pushed to the edge of society, will once again be able to push forward and fulfill the prophecy."

She stood before the temple, holding a single hand up, pointing. "Today, they lay ill. Yet, soon, the illness will strike more than their bodies."

Vince looked up at the large temple, scanning every detail. He opened his mouth in a wide yawn in an attempt to further wake himself up. His glance then followed the blind person's hand up to where it was pointing. "I...... Have no idea whatsoever of what you're talking about. I didn't know anyone in the temple HAD an illness like that." He paused as a thought came flowing into his head. "Hey wait, we're not gonna have to go on some sorta search to find the people you're looking for, are we?" Vince already had the crystal he had bought strung on a metal chain around his neck, and he pulled it out and reflected the sunlight through it to watch the tiny rainbows dance around the area.

“No need,” Lindelea cut in smoothly. “If you tell me what these people look like I can spot them out while you go look for paper and pin,” Lendelea suggested while also, in some manner, making it into less then a suggestion… a tad bit like a commander. Maerye needed the pin and paper as soon as possible. Besides, Lendelea was use to having to spot things out, it would be easier for her perhaps then anyone else.

((Sorry, it's short!))

Alicia stood and walked out of the temple, grabbing an apple from her hip pack as she went. She bit into it as she walked out into the sun. She put up her hand to stop the light from blinding her, and she looked around. Mid-chew, she froze. Then, "Hey! Acolyte Maerye!"

Sure enough, there was the Acolyte, along with that guy who was on her favorite bench earlier. There was someone else there, too. Alicia ran up and stopped just in front of them. "Acolyte Maery, it's Alicia from earlier, remember?"

Lendelea glanced at the girl running up to them, or more pacifically, Maerye. “I suppose you are one of the ones we have been waiting for?” Lendelea asked in her small whispering voice. She looked at the girl for a moment, trying to judge what she’d be like, when she spotted the apple in her hand. Theif? She thought, she knew there were not any apple orchards in the area around her, she would have seen them by now.

"I remember a lot of things," Maerye said absentmindedly. "You know, I can tell who you are from your voice speech patterns."

She paused, her head turning vaguely to the Elf, though not directly on her. "There is no need to look for them. They will come to us. Nor do I know what they look like. I only understand how they feel."

Yawning slightly, and turning, she smiled. "See, there comes one now, up the temple steps." She was referring to Ryu. "Oh, do tell him to come over."

"Waiting?" Alicia repeated. "Why wait for anything?" She spun as she continued, "You should get everything you want! Cael i're ten'ere' lle! Have the day for only you! Now, melloneamin, what's this about waiting?"

Through the years, Alicia had picked up some of the Elven language. When she was younger, when Mama took her to the market while she did some shopping, Alicia would always wander over to the stalls owned by an Elf. They would speak in the most beautiful language, and when she got a bit older, she began to learn some of it. She didn't learn a lot, since shortly after, she'd learned to pick pockets, and the only lessons she got then were from the Elves that cursed after her while she ran away with their wares.
