He walks you into the house, through huge oak doors with guilded golden handles, into a room about the size of a small house. He turns to the right and gestures towards the solid redwood doors.
"In there is my master. It would be much appreciated if you asked your question and left as soon as possible." he smiles then, turning, walks back out the door, closing it behind him.
Now what?

Dominic checks the map again. Can we make out what part of the house the green dot is in?

Are you kidding? The map isn't that specific. But no, you can't. You can, however, determine that it hasn't moved.

((I didn't really expect that we could)) "So, do we speak to the sage, or do we try to find the person we're seeking ourselves?"

That is up to you. But mind you, you never asked:
A) Where to go. B) What you had to get from there. C) What else you were entitled to for being part of this contest.
He may know.

Alright! Now that you walk through the doors, you enter a huge library filled with more books than you can read in ten lifetimes. You see the sage dressed in gray robes sitting at a huge oak table with a huge book open to him. He is writing in the book, you can hear the scritching of the pen on the parchment.
"What question do you want to ask me?" he states without even looking up from his book.

"That was a member of your party. You will find him in my house. Do you have any more questions for me? There is no question I do not know the answer too." he replies, still not looking up from his book.

"That was not me, but a party member of your's. You will find him in my house, trying to take things that are very dangerous to the mortal hand." he still does not look up from his book but he seems to know exactly what's on the map.

You use the 'roll dice' post action, like I'm doing, and add your listen skill modifier to it, or if you don't have any ranks in listen, add your wisdom modifier to it.
