I liked decorating my castle in Thomas' chapters the most, believe it or not. Other than that, I liked Geddoe's chapters. 3nodding

I might take some heat for this but i wasnt a huge fan of chris's story. I loved nash but i wasnt terribly fond of chris. I liked Hugo's story and Geddoe's about the same they were both great however my fav character was Jaques. still is. Oh but gathering all the special characters with Thomas was probally my fav cuz i just love building like that ya know trying to fill the castle tho Thomas is a sucky fighter.

I thought Chris' chapters were kinda boring, especially the first one. Perhaps it was because the fact that a lot of things that happened in Hugo's first chapter happened in Chris' first chapter. 3nodding

I just didn't like Chris as a character. She was too uptight for me. I really didn't like the Knights of Zexen for that reason too, but maybe that's just a quality of how the characters are great enough that you can truely dislike them because of who they are.

Yeah, I loved Suikoden III too, it was really one of the best rpgs I've played so far. I actually beat the game, but didn't get to save it afterwards, and now it won't work... sweatdrop I think my favorite storyline was Chris's or Hugo's, but I didn't mind Geddoe, he had a less biased view of what was going on in the game. I'm also reading the mangas, which I love, except it goes by more quickly than it did in the game, but they do make me wanna play the game again ^_^

Yeah, Geddoe did seem to be a bit neutral, but he eventually sided with the Grasslanders in that war with Harmonia.

It like that with great villians. If you can dislike because of what they stand for, then they are doing their part in the game. So I suppose Chris was to portray such a character.

I think my favorite character in III was Thomas, but I couldn't say why for sure. It sounds silly perhaps, but I wish he had stayed a central character. Maybe it was that I liked his humble background, his humility, and the lack of anger he felt.
Seeing Yuber wearing what he was wearing felt odd to me after the armor he wore in Suikoden II. It felt like he was cosplaying. But perhaps this could represent a change in style and a difference in the way he fought.
