Actually since my lasy post on this particular forum I have bought some protein powder - gonna need the portein to gain weight for Football this year - gonna try out for the local college

Yeah they have tons of tasty flavors and aslong as all the stuff mixes it tastes good all the way through.

well as I vanilla fan yourself - I suggest staying away from teh vanilla ones - I almost literally puked after drinking it

Heh, well I guess I have to thank you once again. I mean it would just be a sad waste of mucle milk if it just tastes horrible. Make it into a smoothie.

Well the cookies and cream one I think was pretty good, or was it orange cream. Honestly cant remember.
