Hello everyone my name is Nick. I just joined. I decide to join because I thought I may be able to help a lot of you out with questions you may have as well as motivational techniques.
These 2 pics were taken Feb 23, 2009. I started to diet and exercise. The pics on Feb 23, 2009 I had weighed at 248, was 6"1 with a large body frame, wore a xl t-shirt and size 38 pants.


6 months later. I dropped 50 pounds. Went down to a size small shirt, and size 32 pants.

This pic was taken of September of 2009. I am toning everything up right now, and after that going to start building muscle. My current weight is 198, that's 20% body fat. My goal is to get down to 8% body fat now to get that ripped body. I am aiming to loose 5.2 pounds every month for the next 5 months to achieve that goal. I am currently 19. I started this goal jan 12, 2010. reason why I didn't start sooner was because i didn't get a gym membership till now, and a job that pays for monthly membership as well as food i have to buy separately from the family.
All my workouts I did at home, and my body just got use to everything so I maintain my weight, till I shocked my body by going in the gym and doing things differently in there.
