"Yes, I'm sure" she said and put it over Elzi's neck. "Hmm, I seem to be saying that a lot lately" Nikke though out loud.

Elzi looked down, "I'm sorry. I'm just a little out of it, I guess." She messed with the edge of her shirt, a little worried.

"It's okay. If I came down to a place like this after living on land so long, I would be amazed too..." she though of the outside world and how she would love to go up there, but couldn't. "So tell me, what's the outside world like? I would love to see it" she said.

"I'm just getting out too, I've lived my whole life in Atalan. Its nice there, but I wanted to go see the rest of the world. As of last week, I am on my own." She smiled apologetically, sorry that she couldn't offer more information.

"There's a huge library!" She thought about home, "Its usually peaceful there. The library has everything! There's a temple, my parents work there. There's shops too."

"Wow, I would love to live there. Here, my mom is the resdint (sp?) healer and is teaching me to be one too. My dad is the lead hunter. I'm their oldest child and have two little sisters and a little brother" as she told Elzi about her family her little brother yelled out "Sis, I need help with Jo!" Nikke looked at Elzi apolgectly (sp?) "Sorry about that, my little sister gets a little cranky near bedtime"

"You're going to be a healer? Thats wonderful!"She smiled Happily at Nikke, "How old is your little sister?" Laughing slightly, she stood up, "Do you want some help with Jo?"

"Jo? She's 7. Sure I need all the help I can get with her" she laughed a little and grabed Elzi's hand to lead her to Jo's room. "Here I am Tom. Elzi, this is my little brother Tom. Tom this is Elzi, she's gonna help us, okay?" she told her little brother. He nodded quickly and got out of the room.

Thats not a good sign. Elzi thought at the little boy left the room, How much trubble can this be? She turned to Nikke "She doesn't like going to bed?"

"I told you she's 7, right?" Nikke said and went to Jo, who was crying on the floor. "I don't wanna, I don't wanna!" Jo kept saying over and over again. "It's okay Jo, the nightmares won't get you" Nikke said as she rubbed her back. "Jo gets nightmares a lot and dosn't like going to bed" she explaned to Elzi. "Now Jo, I brough you a friend who's giong to help you, okay?" she told her calmly.

"Hello Jo, My name's Elzi. Whats wrong?" She said in a soothing tone, "You don't want to go to sleep?" Elzi smiled sweetly at the girl, She suddenly had an idea about what to do."Do you want to play a game?"
