"We've already covered that issue"

He pointed out moodily. The feeder thing was a bad idea. It worked wonderfully for his daughter, giving her convenience as well as no moral reason to reject such a being. For himself, he was quite happy finding feeds in more conventional ways than a feeder.

"I meant about her"

He didn't bother hiding his concern for her, they were all friends here after all.

Arioch didn't shift his gaze.

"Did you and I covered that or was that you and Raven? And what is there to do...?"

Raven stirred. "There isn't anything anyone can do..."

Arioch turned to her, the feeling of sorrow striking him. He'd keep his own thoughts to himself. She didn't need them.

"Why the hell would I cover that with someone who's taught Alexis morals?"

He asked, showing a short temper before he spoke to Raven.

"You didn't have to follow me home... "

He pointed out, not too happy about that, mainly because it had for some unexplainable reason lead to her current state.

"We're friends, hell, you let me sleep with you and still talk to me after.. we'e great friends..."

He shook his head slightly before draining the coffee in his hand. She was right, there was nothing that anyone could do.

Arioch couldn't believe he was woken up for this and thus groaned inwardly.

Raven rubbed her eyes, partially from sleep, sighing softly.

Arioch looked between the two and suddenly wanted to slap them both. In response to his question, Ari just shrugged.

"Why not take someone?" He asked.

Raven shook her head. "He doesn't want too..."

Ari just looked at her. "well it'll be tough s**t if this repeats..."

He looked up from his cup in complete suprise.

"Were you not there when that failed.. just before?"

He asked. Joe would have taken 'someone' if they hadn't decided to get offended at a little blood and what could be taken for a domestic.

"I didn't say I didn't want to.. SHE didn't want to"

He pointed out to Raven before muttering something about generally being turned down that night.

Raven's eyes flashed as she practically lunged at him, punching him before she was grabbed by Arioch and yanked into his lap where she was restrained. The look Raven was giving was one of a feral wolf, not Raven at all. It was like it was Raven's body but Raven herself wasn't home, but replaced by a feral wolf.

Arioch looked at Joe with a raised brow. That was something he knew Raven had never done...not even to Joe. "I think you misunderstood..."

The punch came unexpected and landed on a already sore face. Whatever reasons he may have had not to retaliate to it were currently unavaliable to him.

The next thing they knew was that he got up and as he did, the cup in his hand went flying hitting the wall on the other side of the livingroom, smashing against the wall about the same time as he found himself eye to eye with Raven, grabbing the shirt she wore and janking her upwards towards him, ignoring Arioch's presence hellbent on revenge.

Raven's eyes just narrowed as though she challenged him. The wolfess wanted to fight, whilst Raven was hidden inside.

Arioch leapt to his own feet, putting his hands on both of them to try and seperate them. He just growled at Joe. "I didn't get called away for this..."

He was mad now, caffein pumping through his body was what kept him going and the moment the adrenalin and caffein wore of, he'd stop, until then, Arioch could go jump.

Hands still on Raven, he went to spin her sideways and hurl her towards the closest wall, pushing Arioch's arm out of his way as he did so.

Once he let go of her, he turned to Arioch.

"You were supposed to get her away from me"

He told him, before returning his focus to Raven, expecting a counter-attack..

Arioch just growled in return. "I'm not her keeper..."

He just stepped away. If they duked it out, he wasn't going to be blamed for it. Next time he was just turning his phone off and leaving Joe to fend for himself.

Raven winced as she hit the wall, only to catch herself and lean on the wall. A distant part of her had surfaced was now angered. That same part snarled.

The real Raven was curled up, ignoreing everything that was going on.

On her feet, her hand throbbed from when she had hit him.

He wasn't in the mood to argue the point with Arioch. He had made the call because he knew he couldn't trust himself around her, and Arioch had responded by showing up. What that made Arioch, Joe didn't care about.

Realising that she wasn't going to react as fast as he had, he advanced towards her, throwing a punch straight at her face.

Raven dodged his fist only to use her foot to trip him.

Arioch settled backon the couch to watch this little display. He didn't know if he just wanted to laugh or not.

Raven brought her own fist up so it could contact his stomach.

As his fist over-shot its target, he stumbled over her foot, though managed to keep upright.. enough for her fist to impact wich his stomach, sending him stumbling back a few steps, doubled over.

The defiance she had seen in his eyes earlier that night returned as he looked at her, smirking. He could not remember the last time he saw her fight, and had never fought her before, but had always known she knew how to fight, something which showed now.

Once he could stand again, he pushed forward, this time throwing a punch towards her face as the other hand formed into a fist to land in her own abdomin.

For her, this fight was nothing more then a dance. She watched him closely, grinning as she delivered a clean roundhouse kick.

Her foot landed exactly where she had planned it should, its force sending him through the coffee table and into the ground where he stayed, not moving.

Being caught offguard like that was dumb and he knew it. Outside of his home, or if a weapon had been involved, it would have been a deadly mistake. As it was, the kick did not kill him.
