Lol. You're kinda right though. If you compared her legs to the rest of my drawings, her legs in general are way too long x_X

While I can't see an improvement or change in the anatomy and general drawing of the character itself, the more recent character sheet is much more detailed and aesthetically pleasing.
Unfortunately, I've never critiqued a character sheet before, so I don't exactly know what to say. xD;
As for the previous drawing with the seated demon chick, though--the leg is too long, the thigh in particular.
In fact...
If you drew a line right where you currently have the thigh connecting to the knee, then you would know exactly where the tip of the knee should be.
Also, her feet are too long and--the round, lumpy-ness, is I guess supposed to be cartoonish, but it still bugs me. >.>;
You could still make it round and bubbly without making them as unshapely as they are now.
...Reading over that, that sounded rather harsh. >.< I didn't mean it that way, and I hope you don't take it that way.
The wings look pretty good, as does the CGing. ^^
Though the white things on her arms could use a bit more shading, the rest looks lovely. :3

And I couldn't figure a better way to word it.
But you don't suck at anatomy--you just have a very stylized take on it, which can be good, and can be bad, depending on where you want to go with your art.
The main problem I spy with the pumpkin picture is her hips--the legs still have problems, but the hips jump out at me in particular.
You tend to go with a sort of pear shape, which is fine if you're going for a cartoon style [and trust me, most people slave over trying to find an actual style for themselves, so it's not a bad thing]--but it's anatomically incorrect.
Basically, if you were to want to fix it [not the pear-shape itself, but the proportions], you'd simply need to move the hip joint up about a quarter inch [to where the orange strap on her hip/pants is].
Onto the legs--there is great improvement on the length proportions in this one, so I'll point out a smaller, slightly less obvious detail that will help you improve on defining them a bit more.
You seem to be rounding things out a bit too much, like bubble-writing versus Times new roman font, if you will.
If you'll actually fold your leg like that, you should see that while the calf does slightly overlap the thigh, you can still see a distinct line, and it makes a more direct angle rather than the calf curling up into the thigh.
Also, something that may have led to it looking like that--the calf is a bit too big.
If you make it a little bit smaller, it should help with that issue, as well as help you define your ankles a little bit more.~
