Merlin dove into the murmur, both of them closing behind him, but as he left, he left two spells. The first was a small tracer/spy spell, allowing him to see in there unnoticed as well as find it's location. The second spell, a bit more noticeable, was a water elemental. It was fat, lacking legs, and sloshed around, and radiated a massive amount of magic, blocking most forms of sensory. Elemental LP:30 5 damage

Ora sent a barage of dark flames (x2) at the water creature, her mood darkening. "Ashura! Take the spy and lead her to the dungeons, but heal her first, the poison that's killing her is not slow and painful enough."
"Cresil! Return to your room, I will deal with you later." She walked to the water creature, and swung her sword at it. She knew Merlin would have left soemthing else as well, but she would null the magics in the hall with the bells of her sword later, once the minor pieces were dealt with.

The elemental caught the flames, hissing as steam rose, but it managed to avoid the sword. It lurched foreword, stretching it's body out, forming a large wall that threatened to envelop her, her entire vision taken up by the large body of water.

Arch the Angel The elemental caught the flames, hissing as steam rose, but it managed to avoid the sword. It lurched foreword, stretching it's body out, forming a large wall that threatened to envelop her, her entire vision taken up by the large body of water.
LP:10 Ora appeared not to flinch as the creature started advancing, but the clear surface, the deep blue, started a panic inside her, as it started advancing. She whispered a few angry words and cascade of black sand began falling from the ceiling of the castle, onto the watery creature. (1 1 1 40)

((Oh what the hell? What ever happened to her fear of water?))
The hand leapt up, deflecting part of the black sand, and being destroyed by the rest, but protecting the elemental as it fell down upon her, actually to deal damage this time.

Arch the Angel ((Oh what the hell? What ever happened to her fear of water?)) The hand leapt up, deflecting part of the black sand, and being destroyed by the rest, but protecting the elemental as it fell down upon her, actually to deal damage this time. Ora blinked away from the water, her body shaking, but she covered up her scream and her terror with a calm illusion. "Cresil! Ignore my last request, and deal with that creature for me." She hid in the corner of the room rocking herself, while her image stood calmly looking at the water creature. She put her hands over her ears and closed her eyes tight, cursing herself for her weakness, and praying that the runes around her castle would keep it hidden from larger eyes. Cresil made a squacking noise, unsure what his master really wanted, and really quite annoyed with the whole ordeal. He sent a blast at the water creature, and eyed the hand with annoyance. The water elemental dissolved into nothing, and the hand was long dead from the sand. The whole ordeal was over, though there was a certain old man getting a dark chuckle over in the AA

Aw, cr*p. Crumb, sorry. A.C. suppressed a sharp sigh. Now I almost wish I'd taken the poison SOONER. How did they notice? Did they overhear my chat with Miran? Ashura's psychic, but unless he fished it out and told Ora WHILE FIGHTING... >How do I escape?< she asked herself silently. Sometimes she could carry on a conversation with herself, a back-and-forth of thought to answer her questions and occupy her when there was nothing to do. >How's that, then?< >I don't want to.< >I can find it myself.< >Point. You got any suggestions, oh self mine?<
Heh.
A.C. turned to Cresil. "Why are you taking orders from an imposter, Cresil? Destroy her!" she ordered him.

As the water dissapeared Ora was finally able to stand up and move towards AC. "Cresil, if you know what is good for you, you will return to your room." She then spoke in an odd language, a command that the Griffin would recognize, and one that AC would have a difficult time copying.
She stalked towards AC and crouched down. "You've been getting weaker as time moved on, it would be difficult not to notice, especially in my own home where I have taken...hmm, certain precautions to avoid intruders." She smiled "Now what did you do with my pet to confuse him so? It would take nothing short of an illusion to rival my own, and my dear spy, I know illusions well."
As she spoke she was drawing out a pattern on the sand, a strange looking mandala, which after a moment ignited and four little leaches crawled out of the circle and into her hand. "They will draw out the poison," she explained.

(( eek twisted Ora's out of magic! *evil laughter*))
A.C. checked them out with disgust. She eyed Cresil beside her, then bowed to him and said in her own voice, "Sorry to confuse you, great one. I don't know your story, and I apologize for using your name so, but you had me afraid for a child's life. I cannot let a child be in that kind of danger, not right in front of me, I'm sorry. Whyever you follow Ora's commands, whatever hold she has on you, I hope that one day you are free of it." She bowed again. "I hope you will forgive me."
"And you, Oralia, get those things away from me," A.C. ordered her with obvious digust and scorn. "That's just... gross. You're not exactly dealing with the four Humors here, and the Middle Ages have been over for a while." And without further ado, she twirled the bat once over her wrist and swung hard at Ora.
As a side note, the glamour is still in effect over the griffin, to whom her voice is still Ora's and the baseball bat looks like Ora's Chinese sword.

Ora blocked the bat easily with her sword. "Not quite blood-leeches, little spy, they suck out toxins as greedily as a fine necter." She pushed the bat away and swung at AC with her sword, but careful to use the flat of the blade.
(I know, and I could have sworn I posted it, but knowing me I probably posted it in someone's pm while I had multiple windows open rofl )

((You forgot to post health, dear. That was an attack with a weapon.))
"Nowhere near!" A.C. yelled, eyes darkly bright and narrowed. Her glamour morphed around her, projecting to Ora that she was dangerous, faster and stronger than she really was--too strong. She activated her secondary power, figuring that now was as good a time as any to go down fighting. Besides, she thought, The increased heart rate will speed the poison. She might not get me in time. But A.C. didn't know that her power did not increase her heart rate...
Using the momentum of the bat as it was pushed away, A.C. swung it back up and twirled aside the sword. It left a shallow spiral cut along the bat's length. At the same time, her power threw her into a kick much too strong for her weakened, "human" body, and incredibly fast. ((This is a power attack.))

Kothar knocks on the door again. leaving another dent in it. "Nobody's home, seems like everyone always leaves to go do something that has got to be fun just when I arrive, stupid short people..." Kothar grumbles as he turns away from the door.
