My name's Riley. I live in NC. I turned 18 in January. I live for the Lord and no one else. I love to study/learn about different religions and about Christianity. I love to read Christian based books too (not cheesy books, but books with good meanings). I play PS2...but I'm not really in to RPG games (except Kingdom Hearts). I love the whole evil vs. good battle. As long as the good can reign, count me in. I'm always looking to make new friends and talk/debate... so PM me, or just add me as a friend. I love people who are on fire for Christ... if you're not, I won't hold it against you...but you must know I'm not in favor of profanity. It's one of my biggest pet peeves.

I love Christian rock, starbucks, chik fil a, tim burton films [films with meaning really get to me..], independent films,my cat [Jericho], meeting new people, my PS2.

I'm not your average girl. I wear Christian rock concert tees [ I buy tees that represent my favorite bands and I also wear tees from c28.com]. I refuse to shop at Abercrombie and Fitch/American Eagle/Hollister. I will occasionally buy something from Hot Topic [they do have a few Christian tshirts]. I wear converse shoes. I love black and just about any color that goes with black. I wouldn't consider myself a goth...but I guess you probably would. I don't wear makeup [ I only wear mascara but even then not a lot] alot...I'd rather spend my money on cds than girly things like jewelry and whatnot. I would rather play PS2 than get my nails done. I love streaking my hair. Right now my hair has caramel colored streaks...but I'm hoping to do red soon. If not red streaks, hopefully red tips. I'm all for being unique...so I strive to be independent.


I believe a lot can be said through music...so I listen to it regularly. I refuse to listen to Secular music. I don't want to support any musician supporting things that aren't Godly or moral. I could go on and on, literally...but I'll save you the trouble. If you're interested in knowing more, contact me.

I play bass and guitar. I have a couple of tattoos and my ears are pierced. I've been told I look like a rebel..and in a way, I guess I am. I'm a Christian...and my attitude expresses that. I'm not your typical Christian, however. I refuse to shop at abercrombie and hollister. I'm not preppy. I like Tim Burton and his twisted take on things. He's brilliant. C.S. Lewis is also brilliant. I listen to everything from Day of Fire to Mudvayne. My heart is unattached so yes, I am single.

My name is Amy, but I prefer to be called emilami (which sounds like Emily-Y+Amy) because there are usually too many Amys around... it helps to avoids confusion. I live in North Texas, am 24 years old, and have been married for 4 years. I'm not so much of a goth; I am a geeky outcast with a tendency to be drawn to the goth crowd.

Like a few of the other girls here, I don't wear any makeup. I used to try wearing a bit - just foundation and mascara - but I stopped wearing it since my husband doesn't care for the smell of it. I do, however, have an addiction to Blistex.

I don't currently attend church regularly. I live in a small town where there aren't many options, and the only churches I've found that I like are 70+ miles away... and gas is expensive these days. I tend to prefer the non-denominational and underground church crowds, thought I grew up in a Church of Christ. I am looking forward to finding a place to be involved again, though.

I enjoy video games and computers a fair deal. However, I tend to prefer watching others play video games more than playing them myself. I especially enjoy spending Saturdays watching my husband play RPGs.

Musically, I tend to lean towards Classic Rock, Electronica, Classical, and other such music that have a rather mathematical sounding structure to them. If you were to look through my music collection, though, you could see that I like a little bit of everything.

Hopefully that is at least close to the kind of information that people are looking for in this intro thread.
