Spoilers arrow It looks like Addisex (Addison and Alex) has become a casualty of Kate Walsh's forthcoming spin-off. Question: How many more episodes of Grey's Anatomy are there left this season?— Mark Ausiello: Including the one additional episode ABC just ordered (more on that in my vodcast) and the two hours earmarked for the spin-off, we've got a total of eight hours left.

arrow OMG, Tim Daly, from Wings, is going to star in the two hour Grey's episode, which is going to star as the pilot for the spin off. He's going to be on along with Taye Diggs. And also, Paul Adelstein, who plays double-crossing Secret Service agent Paul Kellerman on FOX's Prison Break, has also been cast, although it's unclear what role he will play.

Plus, Paul Adelstein was supposed to play Dr. Burke, but backed out because of scheduling conflicts

Here's something. exclaim 03/07 - According to Hollywood Reporter: "Tim Daly is set to guest-star in the 'enhanced' two-hour episode of ABC's Grey's Anatomy.... According to the breakdown, Daly's character is described as 'handsome, sincere, like a McDreamy.'" Paul Adelstein (Prison Break's Agent Kellerman) also will guest in the episode, with an eye to costar on the potential Addison-centric spin-off toplined by Kate Walsh. Source: TV Guide Online

Who has seen the promo for next weeks episode? Well... arrow 02/27 - [Regarding the bisexual character rumor months ago] The original plan was to have a female character's past love come back—and that love was a woman. But now this female character will have a past love come back—and it is a man. Still, it will have ripple effects in this character's current relationship. Source: Kristin on E!Online After reading this spoiler and watching that promo I have a good hunch that it is Christina who is bi.

Spoilers arrow Sources confirm that Chris Lowell — that's Veronica Mars' Piz to you — has joined the cast of the in-the-works Grey's Anatomy spin-off (or, as the lawyers over at ABC insist we call it, "The upcoming enhanced two-hour Grey's Anatomy episode with a potential for afterlife") executive produced by Shonda Rhimes, Betsy Beers and Mark Gordon.

Spinoff Info
exclaim But a source with direct knowledge of the plan says that Addison, unhappy with ex-husband Derek "McDreamy" Shepherd and former lover Mark "McSteamy" Sloan (Eric Dane), will get an out-of-town job offer as this season ends. The two-part cliffhanger will have her mulling this new offer; if the spinoff goes forward, and it seems more likely than not, she'll start next season there. If it doesn't, she'll have decided not to take the offer and stay put at Seattle Grace. Sorry. I don't know if something like this has been posted but here you go anyway!

Spoilers for the Grey's Spin-off arrow Sources confirm that Alias' Merrin Dungey and Judging Amy's Amy Brenneman have joined the cast of the Grey's Anatomy spin-off, er, I mean "the enhanced two-hour Grey's Anatomy episode with a potential for afterlife." Based on recent intel, my guess is Dungey will be playing a psychiatrist, and Brenneman a fertility specialist. But it could be the other way around.
The duo's hiring puts to rest speculation (or concern?) that Kate Walsh would find herself surrounded by a mostly-male ensemble -- buzz that only intensified with the recent casting of Tim Daly, Taye Diggs, Paul Adelstein and Chris Lowell.

But one question, sorry if this is off topic but why Addison? Are they ending Grey's after the spin off? Are there going to be only 3 seasons??
