*He nods his head, smiling softly. His head tilts even more as she pauses, and it seemed his eyes flashed- almost as if he knew what she had been about to say, and he just smiles, nodding his head* "The original decendants treated this world better then those of my own shape." *This, he says softly, so only she hears him. He then smiles more, his voice rising to normal levels again* "No need to apologize, I would rather like to stay at the inn. You have a deal, Miss Artemis. I am Kouryou. Call me Kour, if you prefer- whichever is easier for you to remember."

Artemis smiled as he spoke, nodding her head slowly. "Well Sir Kouryou, may I say that is a pleasure to meet one who has respect for other living things, as this world used to have. I am most glad that you accept my deal, and I think your artwork is beautiful" her eyes glance toward the skies, she saying the last part quietly, so only he would hear. "May I show you to where you may rest?"
Will blinked as he was tapped and turned slowly, at the excited voice. "Erm Yes?" Will said, feeling as if he may have been cought by one who wanted to stop all k indness to animals and start something with him.

Lethe smiled as she saw his face. She barely recognized him, but she knew it was him. "Will?" she found herself asking somewhat quietly. "a-and...Sunny?" she looked as if she were about to cry.

*He smiles and bows his head as he nods, smiling to her, a breeze playing with his long white hair before he moves it out of the way, tucking it behind a slightly-pointed ear.* "Lead the way, m'lady. I will follow. I'm glad you approve...perhaps I could sculpt something especially for you." *he smiles as he says this- being vague enough to say normally without arousing suspicion*

Artemis nodded a bit with a soft smile, it looked as if smiles hadn't stayed on her face for long in the last few years as she turned to lead him.* "Oh really? I would be honored, not sure anyone has ever offered me artwork of that sort. She a bit gelous she couldn't move her own hair behind her ears but alas if she did that it would reveal the wolf ears she hid beneath of bandanna and her long night sky blue hair.*
Will blinked slowly his eyes slowly showing recognition, and the dog's beside him as well. "L...Lethe?" He says slowly watching her near tears and realize that maybe they weren't the only ones to survive the fire.

Lethe reached up and pulled her hat off, revealing her orange hair and ears. She nodded happily, as a tear rolled down her cheek. "i-i thought everyone died after the fire..." she said quietly as she bent down beside sunny and wrapped herself in a hug around the dog.

"Then I shall do so. IS there anything in particular that you would like me to make for you?" *He smiles, tilting his head, obediantly walking behind her as he watches her, humming softly, a song from his childhood years, as he walks with her*

Artemis smile came upon her lips slowly once again. "Well, the inner me is the spirit of a wolf... I know that doesn't make any sense... sorry but a wolf would be nice." She listened to his humming, she for the most part relaxed as she led him to where she had fallen off the step not so long ago.
Will blinked and took a scarf from the cart and placed it over her ears, while sunny wrapped a paw around the old mixed breed friend she hadn't seen in years.
"We thought you died too Will smiles seeing tears in the dog's eyes as it was hugged by her old friend.

I've seen quite a few of them on the way here...most of them kept their distance. A cub came up to me, though. Cutest little thing."

Their are some wild wolves still free in the forest from the pain.. thats nice.. I hold a bond to them you could say. Where I grew up, there were many wolves." She didn't seem to mind his long strides she staying with him.
Will shook his head no, and tied the scarf around her head to hide her ears from any prying viligers eyes. "No... she just doesn't do it often near town, she's been a bit more quieter ever since though, she talks but only when its absolutly nessesary, she'll probably talk if we get away from town."
Sunny winked at Lethe giving her cheek a gentle lick to show how happy she was to see her, her tail wagging ecstatically at realizing they weren't the only ones to survive the fire.

Lethe wiped the tears off her face and stood up again. "It's so great to know that others survived...Where do you guys live? Rai and I would love to visit you guys as often as we can!" she asked.

"Mmm neither does my home, It's just a pile of ash..." She says as they walk down the street her eyes dimming a little. "Those who call the castle home took it and everything that I ever held dear away from me." Artemis sighs a bit and stops at the pub. "Welcome to my recent place of work.." She says with a trying smile.
"If you follow the river down along the tree line we're at the Base of Athos mountain actually." Will said with a nod "Oh yes come any time."
Sunny blinked a bit as Lethe stood up again sitting beside Will, her tail still wagging happily.

Lethe nodded. "We actually live in a small cabin nearby...you probably pass it on your way back..." she said. "Rai and I were just heading into town to sell a rare coin I found for some money, do you know anyone in town who would be willing to give us a decent amount of money for it?" she asked them.
