Marcus pauses, judging the situation. No one can get any farther than they already are due to the guns, so they would obviously be top priority. He yells out orders to those teams not in his immediate area to simply take cover as best they can, while ordering four of the mechanics to move towards the marines in preparation to follow Dagger Squad as soon as the hangar becomes accessible.

Next, he looks towards the two options for disabling the guns. Hitting the generators would seem like a simpler option. However, there was a computer access hub nearby as well it seemed. It wouldn't be accessible wirelessly, so he'd have to get Mina to it in order for her to access it. Not only that, but a simple access hub might not have much security. Making his decision, he orders one of the teams of four - a cadet and three marines - to attempt to draw fire away from his position, while moving carefully but quickly towards the computer hub, taking cover when necessary.

At the same time, he gives the order to Sage, Katie, and the rest of Dagger Squad to do their best to not get shot by taking cover.

Dagger Squad uses one, taking cover.

All units with me use two, moving and taking cover.

1 cadet and 3 marines use three, moving, taking cover, and firing blind shots and popping out to distract the auto guns.

All others use one to continue taking cover.

A bit of advice don't ever temper with a live grenade unless you have a demolition training or a grenade training remember you're a firstly a MS pilot. Pilots don't carry grenades, swety . Well If you want to find something use full to be used againts the guns I suggest your character searched the container near they were taking cover as I posted earlier in the thread about some container containing use full stuff.You still need to spend an action point to search for the weapons or other use full stuff on the container/trucks nearby but be warned that if the weapons fire at them the result could be catastrophic.



To Marcus :

What hub ? lol all the computer that is related to base operations is on the nerve center building. Due to security reason that the lines to control the guns differs from the average data access hub that is all around the base. Cause if that can be done the enemy won't have to storm the nerve center building in the first place. Either way your team have to fight their way through to get to either the power generator or the nerve center building (Where they housed the mainframe that is responsible for the automatic defensive system)

The weapon fires off at the moving targets it changes quickly it's angle due to the multiple target as the guns appeared to be confused a bit from the rapid movement of vast array of moving targets unable to process correctly on determining the priority who to shoot first. But the confusion on the machines only lasted about 15 seconds as it start to fires off dealing with the closest target firstly that is within range of the guns as the gun began bursting bullets chipping away at the cover. From the looks on things the cover won't last much longer.

During the movement as the guns firing on the place that took cover as the guns fires off at one of the crates that is loaded with weapons and exploded.

The first team of mechanics takes a hit as they are thrown away from the blast and was laying there not moving. One can't tell about their injury from a far and they are laying in the middle of the street with no cover at all. The guns didn't fire at them now as they are only set to fire at moving targets.

The dagger squad member that was with katie overheard her as she yells out her plan to marcus. " Well like gee , I mean I don't think they will be arriving anytime soon here , so I guess we're out on our own ! I don't think we could move toward the gun or at least could you figure out on how to get close to it ! I mean look there isn't much cover from here to the gun.(Only a forklift near the hangar and a large container near a truck halfway between the gun and their current position and it is a to the right side of the hangar so if you head toward them you're heading a bit away from the hangar ) They are out of grenades range.

During the movement as few of them are unlucky as they are shot by the guns (2 cadets , 3 mechanics ) and was laying down bleeding due to their injuries." Meeeeeeeedic " as the marines scream applying first aid that they know toward the injured ones. The injured ones still a bit conciusness but they need to be brought to the base's hospital or else the could die.Watching people getting torn by those rapid fire machine guns first hand was nightmarish Mina stunned by the sight of real life injuries as she hardly moving at all although she is perfectly all right.

The new tactics that Marcus issued works with wonder as the guns is a bit 'slow' with the fire, move and hide tactics as the guns had to change direction every now and then due to the multiple threats that appear near the same time unable to fire at the targets at all due to the ever changing targets.

As katie make a dash for the crates as the guns fired all around her as katie was very lucky surviving such a brave attempts unscathed. Katie searched the crates finding out a few useful things : 1x Portable rocket launcher , 5 x HE rockets , 2 x Anti MS rockets , Body Armor , 1 x light SMG , 4 magazines of ammo for the smg.

o O ( What else other then fire at the auto guns using the rocket ? lol )

Katie despite her little knowledge of heavy weapons but due to her military training at least she have figured out on how to load the weapon, to fire at it without blowing itself up. The question is she is going to fire at the auto guns or not ? as the surrounding situation keep getting grimmer by the minute. The wounded are crying out for help.
