"That's totally unfair." He tossed up his hands and headed back toward Tseng's desk. "Totally"
"No. It isn't and you're not going to get a couch." He shook his head and looked at Reno. "You don't work anyway. With a couch you'd sleep amongst other things"
He snickered. His partner rocked. He got a couch in his office and no one could do anything about it.

Kaleb glanced over at Riley, and then at Tseng who was still standing near the door. Tseng was essentially saying it was okay for them to have snuck in a couch, so he didn't think he had to worry so much about him being mad. He felt a little swell of mischevious self-satisfaction, and smiled a bit as he glanced back down at his book.

"If yer done staring at the couch maybe ya could close the door? Letting out all my cold air." He smirked at Tseng from over his monitor.
He looked at the two of them for a moment. ".... I expect that no more furniture will appear in here." With that he shut the door and cut of the beginnings of cursing from Reno.

Kaleb was quiet for a bit before speaking up. "Do you think he would really object to a small table?"

"Probably only if he actually saw it." He grinned. "Plus it would be easier for you to eat over there if you had a table."

Kaleb nodded and smiled. "I would just need an end table or something, then I could keep a drink here without having to put the glass on the floor. I-I wouldn't want to accidentally knock anything over."

"I'm sure we can get one in here. It's not like anyone would notice. They don't come in here all that often anyway"
Tseng or Rufus can in to ask him questions or Reno came in and poked at him but that was about it.

Kaleb looked delighted, the office would be much more comfortable with a table to set a drink on. Of course, it would also be more comfortable with a blanket, but he wasn't so childish that he would bring a blanket to work.

He closed out the reports on his computer just as Reno opened the door again.
"Lunch" He walked in and dropped a bag on Riley's desk. "It's still not fair you guys get a couch."

Kaleb sat up a bit and closed his book. "Maybe if you ask nicely, Tseng will let you bring a couch up?" He said, although he doubted it. It might be fun to watch Reno try to stick a couch in the elevator though.

"Nah ... he knows what i'd use it for." He smirked as he leaned on Riley's desk and stole a french fry from him.
"We all know what you'd use it for and it wouldn't be for sitting"

Kaleb frowned, he didn't know what Reno would use the couch for if it wasn't for sitting on. It was hard for him to come up with any other uses for couches, except maybe for napping on.

He looked at Kaleb and shook his head. "Only you'd do that, and maybe Rufus if he was impatient"
"You mean you two haven't? All those little sleepovers" He chuckled as he munched on the fry. "Poor Riley."

Kaleb glanced over at Riley, and then over at Reno, looking awfully confused. He was obviously missing something, since they couldn't be talking about napping. "Do what?" he questioned.
