Just because it was an alternate reality doesn't mean that it wasn't sad, because in that reality it DID still happen. For Clark that was devastating, not to mention for CHloe fans as well...

Ya, your right. They can be sad. Like when Buffy was in the aslum...Alot more sad then when Clark was in it.

That was mainly because the writing for the Buffy episode was better. She realised that she had to keep fighting unlike Clark who was like,"Oh ok Lana." He didn't make a decision to keep fighting, keep going on, no, he just heard Shelby and figured that this is all wrong.

Back the Smallville Labyrinth, um....If the meteor shower in the dream world didn't have any impact on the residents of Smallville, how did Lex become bald?

SaberFireTiger Back the Smallville Labyrinth, um....If the meteor shower in the dream world didn't have any impact on the residents of Smallville, how did Lex become bald? I don't know. Also, he didn't injure his legs at all in our version of the car crash. I'd assume that if you took super!Clark out of that equation Lex would die, not survive or lose his legs. It's like Lana's contention back in season five that it looked like something "landed" in the first meteor shower, when we all know it didn't look like that at all.

Well there where a lot if differences in the Phantom Dream World than in the real world... Lex lost his legs in a very different accident than Clark remembered... Lana never went out with Whitney... I guess Lex shaved his head and in the Phantom Dream World Clark made up Lex loosing his hair via meteor shower to make his super powered dream world seem so much more real... -shrugs- or I guess that's what Dr. Zoner (I know not the Phantoms alias in the episode, but I forgot so HA!) would say

And in dreams not everything makes sense. Double that when you dream you're crazy I spose...
