My first encounter with Yaoi was a Rei/Kai fan fiction... From what I remember (I have a horrible selective memory.) I didn't know it was yaoi and the next thing I Know both of them were kissing. I confess, at that time I closed it with a little "What the hell?" I was a less open-minded then, but little after that, I decided to try and read some Yaoi. (I had gotten into Manga and saw some Gravation. Though didn't buy any.) I was also getting a little curious. So I read another Beybalde Yaoi fan fiction and I loved it. (I think it was a Tyson/Kai one...) My addiction has grew and now I can say that I am a Yaoi/Slash whore...

First slash: Draco Malfoy/Harry Potter. Happened upon it while looking for some Harry Potter fanfiction about vampires as that was current obsession at the time. Tried it, loved it, got hooked badly.
First yaoi: Sephiroth/Cloud. Happened while I was trying to look for some Kingdom Hearts fanfiction about Sephiroth. I tried to resist the temptation but eventually gave in(as always happens when I'm curious about a slash/yaoi couple that I'm trying to resist). Tried it, loved it, the rest is history. 3nodding

My first time was a Kurama/Hiei fan fiction I had found while looking for Yu Yu Hakusho shrines.
xd My first Yaoi manga-thingy was Gravitation.

My first encounter with yaoi was a comedy Naraku/Sesshomaru fic of the Inuyasha fandom. I was like " eek You can actually make characters gay with each other!?" I've been hooked ever since. xd
My first (and only!) shounen-ai/yaoi series was Gravitation, which I'm currently obsessing over. heart

Wow. eek I wasn't just "exposed" to yaoi. I didn't just see some picture.... I was shoved head-first into it. My first yaoi experience EVER came from FAKE. Yup. That was my first. And I loved it from the very first kiss..... that scene I'll have stuck in my brain forever.... *replays in mind* Dee is sooo hot... So being intruduced to the genre by FAKE.... and then moving onto smuttier smut... and THEN gravi and random pics... that is why I've been a yaoi-whore from the very start wink

My first shounen ai manga was... Your Wings Are Mine.. ^^ And the first Yaoi.... Well.... I guess it was either a fanfic on fanfiction.net or Mission Trance... Can't remember... ^^;;

My first intoduction was one of my friends. She and I were both Gundam Wing fans and I told her I was trying to get into fanfiction. She told me to read this one and it was a yaoi between H/D . It was amazing and I got hooked on it. I believe that was the second half of my freshman year<9th grade> Now I'm in the first, almost second, semester of my junior year<11th grade> Now I'm hooked. She also got me hooked and Harry Potter H/D I'm really into Harry Potter right now. heart sweatdrop

Tsukichi w00t. Does anyone have a favorite slash that they read? Like all the time? Mine is just FAKE yaoi, or Wolf's Rain. (-drool, I love KibaxHige) But I'll tend to read anything. The first time I encountered yaoi, I was in 7th grade, and I was looking for a Gundam Wing wallpaper, and I stumbled across a yaoi wallpaper of Heero/Duo. So I checked out the website and read the abosolute sweetest story. I've been reading yaoi ever since ^_^

My first Yaoi encounter was Inuyasha fanfics 3nodding A site totaly dedicated to Inuyasha Yaoi and Yuri *never read the Yuri*
My first shonen Ai...some doujinshi manga with Naruto and Sasuke 3nodding
