 Hinata is walking home from the hospital (or some other place) and sees Sasuke sitting on a bench...ALONE...by himself. So then Hinata sits down... and you should know the rest of it. P.S. Yeah, I'm the girl who just joined today.

How I would like them to meet?
I guess I have always imagined that Sasuke and Hinata see each other during Sasuke's retrival mission, where Team Kurenai and Team Kakashi work together. I guess I imagine Hinata going after Sasuke, with the idea of helping Naruto (his crush). But when she finally sees Sasuke and tries to help him, she realizes she wants to help him, because he needs her. Sasuke remembers his mother, through Hinata, and realizes she is exactly the same - caring, loving, etc.
x) I guess it's kinda of a fantasy ^^'' but I like that idea xD

I THINK......
Sakura will fall in love with Naruto for Saving Konoha, and Oh so Shy Hinata will be heatbroken. She will leave konoha to think about things, and who will she spot? Why, none other than Sasuke Uchiha, planning to destroy Konoha. again. She will hide, and sasuke will find her. Secret Love, ya know? <3

This is from chapter 438 so if you haven't read it don't read this!
So since Hinata's knocked out and Naruto is in fox form and chasing Pain, while she's sleeping Sasuke comes to destroy Konoha and stuff, but sees her and feels pity for her and helps her. Hinata disides to fallow him and capture him but ends up getting cough by him. She's his prisoner and her ends up falling for her....
....I haven't come up with a reason why yet but its still kinda cute heart

Hyuuga/Cloud arc, and Team Taka somehow gets involved since Raikage is pissed off at him. He'll want to capture Sasuke, AND a Hyuuga, since he's still pissed about his ninja being killed when Hinata was 3 and getting a body double, but then sees dollar signs if he can force the sharingan and byakugan to mate.. instead of outright killing them.
Mwahahaha! *evil cackle*

Probably always walking then suddenly bumping each other. After a couple of days of bumping (not literally) Sasuke will think of her more and more and be intrigued by her. And of course....the rest is history.

Sasuke is broke and needs to buy groceries but instead he decides to just go into the Hyuuga garden and steal some of their vegetables. He's on the other side of the fence and is about to reach for a tomato but Hinata was at the garden at the same time gardening and she happened to be reaching for the same tomato so there hands touch by accident.

AlwaysHiei I don't really know or mind how they meet so much, but a cool and wished scenario of mine would be: Sasuke likes Hinata. Hinata likes Naruto. Naruto likes Sakura. Sakura likes Sasuke. A love square. The hokage grows bored, and decides that the couples of Konoha are just too boring for her taste. So she throws a dance for all of the chuunin to attend, and hopefully get boyfriends/girlfriends through it. It is called "Tsunade's Dance of Romance", but commonly referred to as "The Dance of The Chuunin". Everyone finds themselves excited to attend, and they all hope to get their crush. But they all realize that their crush likes someone else. So they all come up with the same plan; go to the dance disguised as their crushes crush. So they all go out to buy their costumes right before the dance (They do not use a jutsu for the disguise because they don't want to use up chakra all night). Unfortunately, their disguises are very cruddy, and no one believes them except for their crushes and the person whom they like. They all end up running around the dance, Hinata and Sakura hanging out with who they think would be their crushes, Sasuke and Naruto hanging out with who they think they don't like. Everyone ends up in a contest for the "Cutest Couple" pushing Sasuke and Hinata, and Naruto and Sakura, together. They end up falling for each other while competing. They don't know who they're falling for until the contests almost over and it starts raining, washing out their hair dye. Then they realize who they truly love. This was directly derived from my fan fiction "The Dance of The Chuunin". That'd be a cool way to meet. It was a funny way in my fan fiction too. Sasuke had to wear orange and pretend to be Naruto. 3nodding I think it ended up quite cute as a way to end up together. yay for love squares!!! I think i readthat fanfic not to long ago!
