Okay I'm kinda of a newbie. I read the first volume and part of the second.

I've only read the manga and haven't watched the anime yet, is the anime version a bit different than the manga?
cause there are a lot of anime/manga adaptation that is a bit different in one another

Hey, everyone; I'm Monica.
I just heard of Vampire Knight yesterday, fell in love with it and just recently watched the thirteenth episode. I can't believe that's the last one until October comes around, at least that's what I've read. I think Yuuki and Zero make a cute couple and I think I may start reading the Manga.

Sadly, I've only made it to the 7th episode on youtube...=/ But something has been bothering me...really really badly...
What's with Zero's rose tattoo? Does it have some sort deep, dark significance? Or is it just there to make him look uber cool?

Oh and i think Zero's somekind of tattoo is the mark that he got from the bite of the pureblood Hiou Shizuka.. That's how he became a vampire..
