thank you. I was still unsure as to how forcing a crit roll actually works, so I felt it was nessecary to ask someone in charge if my post even warrents a roll.

Generally, if you think your attack should have killed the person and there was no possible way they could have gotten out of it, a crit roll is made.
It's up to the defender whether or not to make a roll, though, or whether they can dodge/block/counter avoid death by normal means.
If you think that someone should by all rights have died from your attack, and whatever they did to escape death couldn't possibly have worked without insane luck on your side, then you can come to the judges about having that person make a crit roll.
For example, a person with their back to the wall, surrounded on all three sides by members of another team, with a chainsaw bearing down on him, is not going to get out of that without rolling.

http://www.gaiaonline.com/guilds/viewtopic.php?t=7681985&page=2 From page 2-3, I would like a judge to clear up how post action works. There's one team of three, and one team of... one, as the other two are offline. Normal post order works that all three members of Team A post, then all three members of Team B post. Does it still work the same way with lopsided teams, so all three members of Team A post, and then the lone member of Team B posts?

Yeah, it still works that way...when all the members of your team are involved in the battle.
He didn't do anything wrong by posting after your initial shot, because your two teammates hadn't entered the battle yet.
That's my opinion, anyway.
Also, it was pretty dang silly of you to hear what he said. sweatdrop But if you could see him, you could tell he had a marble...wait...does this guy have a marble?
You might want to read the announcement thread; it's really uncool to attack people who don't have marbles.

I explained it decently well, in my opinion--besides, he could still be seen if he stepped out in front of the car. But also, if he didn't have a marble he wouldn't even be able to throw stuff and shoot it accurately, among other things... but I'll check and see if he has a marble or not. That's really the only reason we'd attack him anyways. xd

Ai Leen http://www.gaiaonline.com/guilds/viewtopic.php?t=7679029&page=8 last post page 8 til current. Post order clarification and damage clarification please. ^^; Okay...team AAT pretty much speedhacked their way through that. I don't want to go back in time, and the ambulance was wrecked and they all took damage from the missiles, so that's good. What's not good is Athan ignoring your flaming sword attack. He takes full damage from it since he didn't respond to it.

I'll take full damage...but I don't even know what she was swinging at.
The entire idea of the thing was "Athan! Get the marble!"
So Athan did what he does, grabbed the body with the marble, and ducked back inside. Pretty much step one, smash...AiLeen's reaction, sword, Athan's movement to get back into the ambulance.
So I don't know how big the sword is, what she was swinging at...other than that she was aiming in my general direction.

It's the size, shape, and design of the December donation item...except it has a Voltron logo on it.

Hey uhh...question.
If my team were to use a combo attack that covered a fifteen foot arc in front of and around the portal, would that be a critical roll for...everyone near it?
Excluding Duelist people?

No, it would only target a single person.

So...could I just make a generalized attack and not do a critical roll?

Just wanting clarification.
RAIF (in the car) entered the thread and careened out of control into Mr. Gamma.
I had not at that point read the post pertaining as to where exactly he was, I just figured he was a pretty damn big target. As he was guarding the portal... his post says we go into the portal.
Do we go into the portal?
Just wanting clarification. Because it'd take us out of the ******** order.
