it's a pretty close call... Sesshomaru's tetsaiga protects him and telleports him to safty when he's seriously hurt so he can heal... inuyasha is really good at gettin hits in when he's ticked enough and his tetsiagal is extreamly powerful....

1. Sess's sword is Tensaiga, not Tetsaiga. Thats Inuyasha you're thinking about.
2. Seshomaru, if they were completely unarmed in hand to hand combat, Sesshomaru. With Tetsaiga Inuyasha is strong but Tensaiga DOES protect Sess from dying and now he has Tokijin as well.

Sesshomaru would win in a hand to hand fight against Inuyasha because of his poison claws. But thats my opinion.
