Akio ran out the cave. "Faith, get on my back. You shouldn't really walk right now!" He said as the snow came to a fall on the mountian. Coming faster and faster to Akio and Faith.

"But it not like-" she paused in her sentence to look at the hugenormous pile of snow coming at them. Faith's eyes widened and she mustered up more strengh to get on Akio's back, as he requested. "Haaa...snow!"

Aiko begans to run. the snow was right behind them. He jumped on a large piece of ice and sled down the mountian. He saw a cabin and jumped on the roof. "Huff..." He slamed himself on the roof to hang on. "Faith are you okay?" He asked.

Shaken and shocked, Faith looked around at Akio's feet and forced out laughter. "Huh-uh. Yeah....what exactly did you land on?" she asked, with her eyes wide open and her fur flying in different directions; making her look like a mess.

Aiko chuckles. "I've landed on a cabin roof top." He said as he climbs in a window that was open in the cabin. The door and the windows was covered with snow and it was to cold to go back outside. He sighs and sits next to a fire place.

Faith scootled off of Akio and looked around. She peered at the window and let her mind wander. Again. "Now if only there were a way to get a hold of our owners." she said out loud. Faith blinked back to reality and looked at the burnt-out fireplace.

Akio had an idea to make this a "romance moment." He tip toed to his back-pack, quitely digging for his matches. He glanced at Faith and quickly ran to the fireplace. He put the match as the fire roared in his face. He gasped and coughed. Tears came out his eyes as he contiuned to cough.

"Well, whatdya go and go that for, silly?" Faith asked teasingly. She looked down to her leg and limped to Akio to help wipe the tears off his face. She sat down and used her uninjured leg to help him. "Don't cry now." Faith mumbled assuredly.

"I'm not crying.." He paused and whiped his tears. "I was just coughing." He smiles. He picked up Faith and put her in a room. "Stay here til I say its okay, Okay?" He said, looking at the fireplace as it needs to be cleaned.

Faith took all of this in passively and found a windowsill to perch herself on. All that could be seen out side was snow; it seemed to go on for forever. She was still in survival mode and kept her guard up just in case the roof were to collapse. Faith quietly sang to herself an song her little sister, Hope, got stuck in her head recently.

Akio cleans out the fireplace. Coughing and sneezing. His eyes began to water again as the fireplace was sprakly clean. "Thank god." He said to himself. He dusted the little room and made the couch cozier. He sighed and walked in the kitchen to make something. He saw some chicken in the frige and luckly it wasn't moldy. He took it out, heated it and puts it on the coffee table. He grabed a match. and threw it in the fireplace. The flames swore up and He yelled out. "Faith I'm done, you may come out now.." He said.

Hearing the sound of her own name being called, Faith carefully let herself down from the sill and creaked the door open. She saw the fire and averted her attention to the table ans sighed, relieved. "Looks like someone was busy!" she said to Akio. With effort, Faith scuttled to the table and wafted the scent of the chicken towards her. "Mmm, not bad."

Akio smiles at Faith and sits on the couch. "Taste it.. Hopefully its good." He said, trying a peice of chicken. It was good, juicey and it made his mouth watered. He tried not to go for some more so he went to the kitchen to get some water. He came back with two full glasses of water in his mouth. He sat one on Faith side and one on his side of the table. He glanced at Faith a little then turned away.

Whilst Akio was filling up glsasses of water, Faith did as he suggested and gulped down a piece. Surprised at the taste of it, she started on another and before she knew it, Akio was back and she laughed. "It's actually really good!" Faith said before she took a gulp of water. She looked at the fire, without managing to tear up and sighed. "Mmmm..I've never really been fond of fires. Dangerous ones I mean."

Akio smiles as he told another peice of the chicken. "I never was fond of dangerous fires either." She said. He slid over to Faith a little, trying to cuddle her.
