Pie Dalvar Pie All right, if there's no complaints, I'll start assembling staff cards soon. Could someone start gathering the volunteers and finding jobs for them? The only official staff titles I know are that Evil Pepper, Dalvar and myself are "Event Coordinator"s. We'll need security roles, catering roles, serving roles... Also, as far as names go: does anyone have problems with the festival being called the Sunflowers for Peace Festival (and no, the SPF acronym is purely unintentional *just noticed that*) and the ball itself being called simply the Peace Ball? I think it should be called the sunflower ball! heart *Bops Pie on the head with her sunflower* *laughs* Okay, the Sunflower Ball is fine too. I just think calling them the same thing would be a little redundant, and the full name should go to the full festival.

I am sorry for not replying as quickly as you would've liked. I am more than willing to give no more than 3 of you crew positions (I'm sorry, but the guild is small right now, and I don't want to give out crew positions willy nilly. I might remove some people from crew position that needed to be crew while we were setting up.) And a subforum for the event.
I believe you wanted it to be called the sunflower festival?
Just decide on who you want to be crew, I'm assuming Heli anyone else?

There are currently four people with accesss to her account, all of which are working to coordinate this event. If any of us need to do any work for the festival, I believe we can all do it through her.

It will be called the The Peace Festival and the ball which is part of the festival will be called the The Sunflower Ball.
