Hello all, I have a serious inquiry that may sound stupid.

It's been quite awhile since I've played, but I'm getting ready to get back into the game, and there's an army that I have been toying with.

Is it possible to have a Lost and The Damned army of Traitor Inquisition and Grey Knights? I was also toying with the idea of tossing in a few Daemons for Elites and fast attacks... So, any info you guys can give me would be amazing!

You would be called a fluff whore, but there's nothing really wrong with it.

There has never been a single Grey Knight to go rogue to Chaos. They're absolutely pure and un-taintable due to all of their conditioning and religious training.

HOWEVER, you could effectively come up with your own fluff and rules for an army of psychotic hyper-zealous Chaos Space Marines that are so blessed by the gods that they have been given the same kind of equipment and skills.

Sorry, scratch that bit about "new rules." Use the rules form Codex: Daemonhunters with new names. Psycannons could be Daemoncannons. Anything "Blessed" would be "Cursed."

That sounds like a great plan, thank you very much. I figure a traitor Inquisition/Grey Knight force would be a pretty cool thing to play, and I plan on scratch building my elites and possibly my dreadnoughts also...

I get my casting supplies soon ^.^ I can't wait.

While the use of the storm bolters is necessary, I'd suggest converting your own Nemesis weapons to have Cursed gear. Axes, greatswords, etc. Just make sure that the models don't end up looking too much like Grey Knights.

I figured a mixture of Green, Grey, and Black would define them as unique.

But make sure you don't call them Traitor Gray Knights...
Since any player you went against, who knew his/her GK's would not play against you.

I'm looking more along the lines of Traitor Inquisition.

Oh why just not make a force of a RADICAL inquisitor?

Skip grey knights, use inducted guards and daemon hosts, voila, traitor/radical inquisitor.

Sure you won't be able to use fancy stuff like grey knights or daemons... But that's the point of the whole thing! FLUFF!

Well, I've started working on a chaos force. I just bought some Daemonettes. So, We'll see how everything starts to come along.
