I don't know if this would help or not...but...
Push the "PrtSc" button, take it to Paint, go to Edit, tell it to Paste, and you should have a screencap, then see what you can do with Paint. That's what I do when a program doesn't like me. :B

I'll just save my moneys so I can buy a good program.
I need to learn to save money so I can save up for an electric guitar when I learn acoustic. So I'll be fine. ^^
