Freedert..I didn't mind Freedert too much, but her name makes me snicker. Everyone sucked in the anime, just on different levels.
Protip: People will always say "Fanboys don't do that! They act all subtle and quiet about their fandom! Stupid fangirl!" Which is bull, I doubt they're watching *haremanime/Yurianime/StraightHentai/Lolicon* for the plot. Watching or reading something for one character, and disregarding the plot...its irritating, and I try not to engage those people in conversation. Dx {atleast, not conversation regarding fandom things. Unless they just..act stupid regardless of the subject.}
Eh, I get tired of idiot fans of -anything-. Even if they're in middle school{Say..eighth grade? }, they should know how to spell reasonably well. I don't mind Naruto/Inuyasha fans, if they can use their heads. Which, it seems a lot of them aren't fond of doing. gonk

I don't have a problem with Naruto/Inuyasha fans that have half a brain--it's all the OTHER people. I don't mind that middle schoolers get into anime (hey, it's good for them, right?), just as long as they don't talk down to me.
I know what a damn ninja is, and I know who friggin' Naraku is so you don't have to explain THAT much to me...I know the basics of the series, most of the time, but when people try to explain it to you, and you already know...it's like, "SHUT UP!"
And then there's the fact of, "Well, if I was interested in the show/manga, don't you think I would have watched/read it? You don't have to tell me what's going on; I DON'T CARE."

I had seen Freedert translated as "Fridoline" before. And while "Fridoline" is incorrect, it doesn't make me think of dirt. Dx
But they do watch it for the plot. ;-; What sort of idiot would imply that they watch harem anime/hentai because of boobs and other such things? Everyone knows teenage males are not hormonal or perverted, duh.
..Ninjas are from villages and they wear headbands and s**t. D:< They aren't rogue samurai, and they couldn't possibly just be..random hands without formal training in martial arts or anything of the sort. {The focus is survival skills, not kicking a**. Naruto=Accurate, lol. } Naraku..wait waitwaaaaiiiit...is that the guy who dresses like a Baboon?

I think most of the good animes, honestly, are the ones that don't get a lot of attention here, in America. Which sucks...the series that don't have a complicated plot get a lot of attention because they're not too hard to follow, and therefor, there will be a much larger fanbase...if they all know what's going on. Sometimes it's okay to be confused for a while, but...not like in DNAngel (anime, still) because I STILL have NO idea what the HELL happened in the last few episodes.

The majority of fans prefer something that they don't have to strain themselves to understand...they're not stupid, just....well, a lot of fans are younger, and so they might have a harder time understanding different things.

Eh. It ended badly, is all there is to say. It was about as pretty as looking at a bunch of capslocked characters in a run on sentence, too...
