Hearing the doorframe creak slightly, Reeve stopped playing. He turned his head a bit and listened, hearing light breathing. "Well hello there, Kari. Came to listen to me play?"

She takes a step back thinking of hurrying back to her room but instead she wandered through the door looking at the floor like a child who has been caught doing something bad. Her wings were also downcast, limp and pathetic looking. "S-sorry, I didn't mean to spy or anything...it was just so pretty....." she smiled apologetically

"There is no need to be sorry, I told you I was going to be here..." Trying to re-align his fingers he spoke. "If you find a chair in the room you may sit and watch me, if you want. It is not often that I have an audiance..."

She looked around but quickly gave up looking for a chair and sat beside the piano on the floor. She leaned against the wall and smiled up at him even if he couldn't see it. She fidgeted wondering why she couldn't lean without being uncomforatable then remembered that her wings were still out. With a small jolt Kari sat upright and looked from her wings to Reeve, remembering again that he couldn't see she smiled to herself. She didn't have to bother hiding them now.

"uh....A bird? I'm not sure...Perhaps...." she sat still sudenly debating wheather she should make then dissapere again. A small inward sigh came to mind, it was so much work to put them away. "Would you like me to check?" she asked uncertain wheather her lie was working or not.

Reeve laughed slightly as he began to play a full song using both of his hands. "I know that you know there is no bird in here..." He fingers seemed to be working on their own accord, creating a song that was both whimsical and mysterious. It was an odd sounding song, but beautiful in its own way.

"oh.....Well then why did you ask?" she sighed again putting them away, they slowly became transparent untill they were gone completly. She listened intently, she loved piano music.

"Mostly just to see if you were going to tell me that you had wings." Reeve said as he continued the song. As the song went on it became darker and darker, until the sound from the piano seemed to haunt the room.

She was about to retort when the song became more intense. She sighed, letting her wings out again, folding them around her as she sat and listened. She should have been more careful. She smiled though and shook her head at herself.

Reeve chuckled a bit. "That was the first time I have ever played it... probably the last too. I can't remember what I make."

"Really?" She seemed fairly surprised, "You can improvise that well???" She laughed shaking her head, "I never learned to be that good, not like my mother. She always my talent was more for singing rather than playing."

"I play how I feel, nothing more. I don't consider it improvisation." He smiled warmly and tilted his head a bit. "You sing?"
