Cotton swollowed hard. Her friend could be in danger, of course, also might the big monster turn around and leave. Shaking her head she realized she had to manuver the monster so Theo could get into safety.
With one giant leap she jumped out of her hiding place, with her, rarely seen, fangs showning. "You big ole monster, here I am!" in the middle of her leap she folded her wings out and slide along the ground, towards Theo and then pass him to try lure the monster away, her heart beating faster.

The imaginary monster scratched his head a minute as it watched the Numa girl jump out. Then after a few seconds it swong at her trying to grab her.
"NOOO! Cotton! He'll get you!!" He jumped out of his hiding place and ran towards her. He wasn't going to let her get hurt without him. He was, after all, the male. "Come on! Through his legs, he won't be able to get us!" He said as he ran under the monsters leg.
It would confuse him, and possibly make the monster fall.

"Dont worry, Theo!!" A used flyer as she were, Cotton had no problem swooshing by the monster to then make a drastic turn. "Alright!" she screamed back to Theo. She thought if she went trough from the other way, the monster might be getting confused. So from the opposite direction, once Theo ran out, Cotton dived in and under the monster.
A close one, but she managed, she looked behind her to see where Theo were heading and turned to follow him, wanted to make sure he was ok.

Theodore continued to run until he found a nice safe bush. He dived behind it and the stuck his head out. "Over here!" he called as quietly as he could so the monster wouldn't hear him.
The monster sat there for a moment looking at his feet. He lifted one up thinking that perhaps he had squished them that way? After a few minutes he looked around stupidly.
Perhaps he had forgotten what happened and would move on. This monster was bigger then the normal ones he thought up, and this one could easily hurt both him and his friend. He found this adventure more fun then anything else, since he was sharing it with a different person then himself.

Looking up she saw where Theo were hiding and the fastest she could she flied in that direction, too busy to see the monster examining what acctually had happened. While so excited she couldnt really hit the breaks so once she reached the bush she did a crash landing, stumbling into the bush halfway and the other half landing on her friend.
"Ouch..." her eyes were closed as she groaned from the lil pain she had felt when landing. "Ehm.. sorry.." she opened her eyes and looked at theo with an excusing look. "Are you ok?"

Theodore had found himself being covered with part of Cotton. He couldn't help but start laughing uncontrolably. It was funny, and this was fun. He never got to enjoy his adnventures with anyone. "Yeah... I'm ok" he said finally after his laughing died down.
He poked is head up to see if anything had heard their laughing, the monster seemed to not have and was now picking up the gummy bears and tossing them aside.

Clumsily Cotton got off Theodore. A bit ashamed that she didnt manage to do a better landing, she should of learned by now even if she were excited or in rush.
"He.he... good.. didnt mean to." but as he started to laugh so did she, but she realzied that he got wondering about the monster outside, she carefully peaked out as well.
"Ehm.. why is he not eating them?" she thought the monster loved sweet... did he get taste for something sweeter.. like them?

Theodore smirked at her. She was one of the best Numa's he had run into, and he was sure he'd probably never find anyone as fun as her. "Hmm, I'm not sure, maybe he's looking for us."
He scratched his head and shruged, at least he wasn't coming this way. "We can make our escape now!" He said as he slowly came out of hiding and started to slowly and quietly walk away from the scene of the monster.
The monster was still pulling up bears and making fustraiting noise as he did. Finally, he gave up and sat down scratching his head, his back was too the two numa making it easy for them to get away if he didn't hear them.

"Us? Like I feared.. he has the taste for sweet numas now!... and its all our fault!" Cotton said, gasping. It was scary, yet fun, it was her biggest adventure yet. ~n.n~
Quietly, crunched down, Cotton started to follow Theo, trusting him with her life. Its funny, seeing she just had met him, but he was easy for her to understand. Glancing over at the monster, she thought he didnt look too bright.
"I wont let him catch you" Cotton mumbled, smiling. Happy to have a new friend.

Theodore started moving faster. If they didn't get out of eye sight soon, the monster would soon realize to look else where. Or forget about them turn around and see them again. "Hurry" He whispered as he looked behind him. Just a few more minutes and they would be save.
Theodore looked back at the monster. Just to make sure it wasn't following them. Though, if it had found them it probably would have started making noises.
The monster was still sitting there. Perhaps he was thinking on how he lost the two Numa, or perhaps he was thinking on what he was doing? Who knew? It hadn't moved for awhile. After a few minutes it stood up and stood there and looked around.
Theodore saw him moving, and moved faster. They could make a quick get-a-way in the swamp. He started heading for it and looked back to Cotton. "The swamp!" He said quickly. The monster wouldn't ever be able to catch up with them there. Though, other things lived in the swamp that Theodore had no clue of what.

Thinking about it, Cotton decided she wouldnt look back, only ahead to be able to catch up with Theo and not fall behind. "I am hurrying" she whispered back" and with her wings close to her body she hurried up.
But as she saw the swamp closing in, she remembered scary things she had heared about it. Not that she was scared! But.. was it clever?
"Ehm..." she slowed down a little. "Theo.. sure you wanna do that?" she asked, whispering. "Oh.. nothing" she shoke her head. She wanted to get them eaten, they didnt have a choice now, did they? "I hope you know what you are doing!" she said between her teeth.

Theodore didnt' know exactly what he was doing, but what could happen? Though, what would an adventure be if they knew what was coming next. He pressed on with out saying anything. Quickly moving around thick brush and broken down tree limbs.
It was awesome. He stopped as soon as he entered. "Woah" He said as he looked about. "This place is awesome!" He looked back at Cotton. "I'm sure it's safe. Plus, if anything bad happens we can just leave as quickly as possible." He smiled.
He could faintly see the monster, though it looked like it was still looking for them, or found something new.

Cotton didnt get a chance to see how the swamps looked like before she was standing in it, side by site with Theodore.
"Woaah... no way.. this is the scary parts of numa?" she half asked half stated. It was like in those books her humans one kid used to read to her. "Am sure you are right..." she looked at Theodore. Knowing she could at least just fly off.. but she wouldnt leave him if anything happened. He didnt look scared at all, which made her toughening up.
"You havent been here either?" she asked curiously.

Theodore had no clue about this place. He had seen it, but never actually got close enough. Everyone said it wasn't very good of a place. Well, it seemed fun. There was all types of adventures just waiting. He knew nothing of any witch.
"Nope." He grinned. "Ready for more adventures?" He said excitively. He didn't even wait for her reply before he started moving over fallen branches, and under low ones. It seemed like thinks were growing everywhere. He wondered what type of Numa would ever live here.
The smell of coffee hit his noise. He hadn't smelt that before. "Do you know what that is?" He asked then sniffed at the air again. It smelled good, yet not something he would want to eat or drink.

Cotton carefully took a step in deeper into the swamp, it felt weird and dry under her feet. Like if everything here were dead. Watching Theodore she followed his move and sniffed the air.
"Ehmm.. I could be wrong.. but coffe? My human drink.. like.. tons of it every day ^^;" she rinkled her nose. She really werent the coffe type even if Vicky were addicted. "Oh.. coffe is addictive" she added.
Wishing she was as brave as Theodore she walked up to him, not really having a choice at this point. "I was born ready" she said and nodded.
