I was thinking of what someone would need to get Gourry into camp the other day.
They'd basically... have to be godly. As would a Zelgadis or Xellos. Actually, anyone in Slayers not Lina or Amelia would need to be godly to get voted in. I'M TTLY HUMBLE SHADDUP I almost didn't get in with Filia 'cause she's dry toast lulz
'Cause I mean, think about it - Gourry's humor requires a near-genius to pull off. If someone could get him into camp, I'd probably give them a kidney or an ovary or something. (I'd still probably never vote a Zelgadis in, though. WANK MAGNET)

Iunno. To me, I think tiering, Xelloss would be the most TOOTH-PULLING difficult to get in, because people are picky about his voice an mannerism? *I think I voted the last Xelloss OUT, even though she was awesomesauce when she got in*
Zelgadis would be the next hardest, because you're pulling blood and water from stone, literally. he's...Kyon. Only he stays hard herk herk lolz.
Valgaav would also be a hard shoot. But Gourry...he's this kind of zen-but-awesome jellyfish guy that I think all someone would really have to do is simplify EVERY THOUGHT they had and question things to make it more complex?
Like smiles. He wouldn't get them. Why would you have a smilies with eyes on fire? That looks a lot like a lava beast or greater demon except it's supposed to make people happy, and lava beasts/demons don't usually do that. And besides, why call it a smiley if it's frowning like Zelgadis usually does? And what about that other one that rolls its eyes? He totally does that too when he's really wanting to concentrate on a scroll over Lina's being loud. And then she'd just get louder, and there he goes right back to the fireeye smiley. Except Amelia would eventually say something that would make him make that weird face except the weird face has glasses and I'm pretty sure chimeras didn't need those.
Unless there's near-sighted chimeras? I bet there are. With their own chimera eye doctors and everything.
In fact, I bet those smileys are basically just Zelgadis' funky code for when he doesn't want us reading his stuff. He's private like that. except for the heart. I have NO idea why he'd ever need that. It's not even a smiley. I tried hearting at Lina once and she blasted me--so I know hearts hurt.
So what were we talking about?
