*clears her throat and smiles* No, there hasn't..... But they should be here shortly.... Would you like to see your rooms or what would you like to do?..... *pauses as a messenger appears and hands her a note, reading it quickly* Please excuse me....... I must go change in preparation of a welcoming feast.... Come, I will show you to your rooms where my launderers and tailors have washed your clothing and made you some new formal wear.... If you wish, you may wear your old clothes be I will return for you once it is time for the feast..... *motions and strides out*

Cocks her head and looks Alida in alarm* no, that's not right.....Finlay should have been here in good time.....* Walks over to a pitcher of water and pours a bowlful, twirling her finger through the water and whispering to it.....the room echos for a minute with the sounds of a mare sqealing in pain and the stallion's desperate call.......* Ohhh Sanura.....i thought she'd make it here.......ohhh Jyotika......hold on baby, i'm coming!!! *Cat called to the bowl then looked up with desperation* No rest for the weary Lida....Jyotika...the one heavy with foal....went into labor........i have to go!

what's happening?

*Cat slides off Finlay and approaches the thrashing mare, talking quietly, singing gently, as she runs her hands over the mares swollen stomach....then she encounters what she feared.....tiny hooves sticking into the side of the mare.....* The baby's turned wrong....she can't deliver it.....Ever helped deliver foals?

*helps myth slide off her back and changes into her human form* I have..... Though you should probably do it..... This mare knows you and once this foal is born, I'm sure you are going to have a stronger connection than yours and Finlay's..... *kneels down beside the mare*
