Ceribri HappyBanana Freaj Eyy, Heroes is on in Australia now! I saw the first episode just before. Haven't seen Eccleston yet. Claude doesn't show up until episode 12, I think. And he THREW PETER OF THE ROOF OF A 30 STORY BUILDING!!! I think the writers are correct. I'm beginning to like Claude. xd Oohhoohoo yess!!! He's quickly grown on me as a favorite. Oh, and did anyone happen to catch Peter's line right after what you just mentioned happened? "If I hadn't regenerated, I would have died!" I was waiting for Claude to say "Been there, done that, mate." (someone on IMDb mentioned that also) XD rofl I keep having these really ridiculous "he can't do that, he's the Doctor" moments! Up to and including "they can't use those heat-goggles on him, he's a Time Lord! He wouldn't show up!" And, on the other hand, I sometimes kind of attribute stuff he does to him being the Doctor. He helps Peter because that's practically his job, stopping weird disasters. He's been hiding all this time because that's just the sort of thing that happens to him. He goes off on this Charles Darwin spiel 'cos he met the guy... xp
But even though I'm used to Nine's short fuse, I still think Claude's a big meanie (ha ha). Just for everything.

It looks incredibly like the side of the TARDIS if you took out the panels and put in windowpanes. I was like " eek What's he doing, attacking Peter with the pole, he's nicer than that!" xd Then I remember that even the Doctor can get a temper. xd

I just watched "Landslide", and feel like necro-ing this thread. The following is a bit of a spoiler, but I thought that I really ought to post it, because even people who've seen teh episode may well have missed it. Sylar sort of turned invisible... the police woman was talking to him, and when she turned around he wasn't there. There was a crowd all around, so he couldn't have just run off. He'd vanished, just like that. So, by implication... I've been on the verge of tears ever since seeing that, almost.End spoiler.
Actually, I'm sorry. I'm an idiot, and I'm sorry. See, apparently Sylar is always sneaky like that. Just... naturally. He's been sneaking off like he was never there ever since he was introduced. gonk

Does anyone now if Claude is coming back? Or did his character just kinda... well die? Though for the the few episodes he appeared in, he's definitely my favourite character...
Ahh... yes I totally remeber when I saw Claude in Heroes, I was all like "OMGITSTHADOCTORWITHHAIR" and my brother, who knows a little bit about DW, was completely freaked out. And my mom was along the lines of "o-o'" considering that she thinks Doctor Who is weird and doesn't eve know about Heroes.

Crumpet Lord And to think he quit because he didn't want people thinking of him as doctor who... Yeah he said on Jonathan Ross that the reason he quit was because he didn't want to be typecast gonk

JagraXen Crumpet Lord And to think he quit because he didn't want people thinking of him as doctor who... Yeah he said on Jonathan Ross that the reason he quit was because he didn't want to be typecast gonk He just made it even worse! Now he's not just the Doctor, now he's generally eccentric, short-tempered, supernatural, knowledgeable, angsty as hell, and perhaps he's got a good heart (or two) under his scruffy, grouchy exterior. Claude is one heck of a lot like Nine being unusually mean and crabby. And it's still sci-fi. Perhaps he's already been typecast...

Well, I can imagine him in a comedy up to a point-- he's goofy-looking naturally!-- but you'd start thinking the character must have a serious side. You know, a terrible angsty past or something.
Anything that's not sci-fi, though, if he doesn't want to be stuck with it forever.

And (obviously, now) he's not gonna be in the rest of season 1, but the producer people are gonna try and convince him to come back for some of season 2 since he just...well...disappeared! >.< xd

I bet he's worried about gettin typecast - which doesn't really make sense, considering that if you've ever been on DW it's almost given you'll become typecasted.
Maybe if us fans can annoy him enough he'll come back -.-

Yeah! Of course, all they have to do is make Sylar go invisible once and then we know that Claude's gone.... emo
