I have a nice system. xd
I read scanlations online, so that I'm not always in a mad rush to get the next volume of manga after it comes out in America. Then I buy the manga at my leisure at the lowest possible price, saving me a bundle. xd
I leisurely buy the DVDs the same way, but I don't watch episodes online. domokun
I buy merch from all over the place. I got the compulsive bargain-shopper gene from my dad.

I watch episodes on youtube and guba.com and I keep up with the manga on onemanga.com (awesome website, they've got everything!) along with buying the manga as it comes out in the US from Borders.

To be blunt, I buy, I watch. Fun for me.
Well, I am still young, so I don't really earn that much munnies. I normally wait for a special event. *hint:Birthday's and Christmas*
But I do buy sometimes. Also, I watch episodes of the anime on the internet. I enjoy actually reading them however.
But DARN! I wish I was fluent.

I watched the anime and movie (and Tokyo Revelations--still waiting on the March update) on aznv.tv and I read the scanlations for Tsubasa and xxxHolic on an msn site. I do have Vols. 1 and 2 of xxxHolic from Del Rey, but no Tsubasa. I'm broke. razz
I want to learn Japanese, but I have to do it on my own. My school doesn't offer it.

Let's see.... I usually get the manga at Borders, sometimes I check it out at the library. As for anime, I watch it on Youtube if they have it.

I get my manga from the nearest bookstore around that has it (my personal fave is Borders) and from a friend who keeps buying the volumes with her spare cash. I also watch the anime online wherever I'm able to (YouTubes' quality sucks D smile

I read them from the library, borrow from friends, or read it online. I'm not allowed to buy manga because I can read it in about an hour if I take in all the details, then I pretty much don't read it again. I don't really like to read books/mangas over because it's not the same. As well, I'm not that rich. So....$10 and up for a manga isn't exactly worth it to me. If I was rich, I'd buy it.
