Hello there! My name is Summer and I'm 13, just about to turn 14 on April 12. Anyways, my olderbrother told me about Pagans and Wiccans and their way of life and he taught me meditations and he also taught me all about Imbloc and other things.
I started getting into this around April last year, I've been studying up on paganism mostly. Most of all, I love my Tarot cards. I'm always happy to receive advice from anyone.

Hello all!
I've been a practicing Wiccan for about 8 years now, and grew up in an athiest/pagan household. I was told that many older generation members of my family were pagan. To be more specific about myself, my path is Tamera Wicca, or in generic terms Egyptian Wicca. I have four main dieties that I pray to, whom are: Ma'at, Thoth, Ra, and Tefnut. I believe these four have choosen me because:
Ma'at= Goddess of Truth and Justice. I am currently in college for Criminal Justice and have always dreamed of being a Profiler for the FBI.
Thoth= God of Wisdom. All of my life I have always tried to learn about every topic there is. I've always excelled at school with nothing below 4.0 and graduated with honors.
Ra= God of the Sun. I've never really had a father in my life. I see him as a father figure and I feel that he is my protector and watches out for me.
Tefnut= Goddess of Moisture. I have always felt so inspired with it was raining outside. When I am in thunderstorms, it feels as if all my problems melt away and I become very artistic, especially great because I am a photographer.

Welcome, Muffyn! (Shall we call you that?) I've always been interested in Egyptian mythology myself, perhaps you should start a thread in the Crones Cottage to explain the pantheons a bit! 3nodding

Hehe, welcome Witchyboy. I'm sure you'll like it here. Most of us are wondering by, your speciality is elemental magicks. What do you mean by that? I've never heard of such a thing as of yet, unless it's using the elements for rituals... please explain. It'd be something interesting to read.

Merry Meet!
Thank you for accepting me into your guild. I go by the name Raven. I am new to Wicca but have found myself very close with the Triple Goddess at a time when I needed Her the most. My am still very new in my learnings of Her and of Wicca, but I know just enough to get myself into trouble...lol.
I have been looking around the guild and it looks like a wonderful place with great people. I have been looking for a place where I could come to share with others on the Wiccan/Pagan path. I dont have a tradition that I follow, just go with what feels right, for me that would probably fall under eclitic (sp?)...I am drawn towards the Celtic path...must be the Irish in me, but I am also drawn to several others, but not sure what they are called.
I am a hands on learner so I have had trouble learning on my own. I dont do rituals or spell work because I dont feel that I know enough to do so, and at this point it just doesn't feel right.
I spend my time running a food pantry at a local church where I work, I know gotta love the irony in that. I rebuild computers and repair them. I also design websites and play in several other virtual sites.
It will take me a bit to get used to all the posts and links and all, I get overwhelmed easily at times when there is a bunch of posts, that is one of the reasons I was looking for a small close knit group.
I guess that is about all I have to say for now. Where do I go from here to participate and be active and help out?
