Perhaps, perhaps not. He should have had a child thousands of years ago though. Then again, it may have rebelled against him and killed him. That is what he feared back then I think. Oh well. So are you going to proceed with this tonight?
~He was acting a bit odd tonight. The eye twitch at nothing and the frequent asking her if she was going to birth the child. He almost seemed anxious for it to be done.~

*she rolled her eyes at his nagging* well I dont intend to do it in the middle of the hall...so excuse me.....*she dissapeared in a green glimmer of energy and reappeared in her room, pulling off the dark blue tunic, she really favored the garment and saw no reason to ruin it, she had on a black silk shift under it, staring at the mirror sliding her un-taloned hand across her swollen belly...she 'adn't seen it before...it seemed strange, the thought of all of this seem beautiful, she shook her head dismissing the thoughts where were little more then a combination of the hormones and trivial emotions that came along with this*

~Truinthil knew where she had gone and fades out, reappearing outside her door. He wanted to be close by, but not intruding. He remained standing out side her door. He still looked anxious.~

*she sighed and got on with it, dragging a taloned finger across her belly, several mineuts later she held a small girl in her arms, wrapped in soft black velvet. Atha sat on the bed and was cleaning her off with a wet cloth, just leaving the wound in her stomach for now. She was far to occupied with curiousity of the child*...Truinthil...

*The baby lay there quiet. Most children cried when born and did not open their eyes. This child however lay there looking back at the woman that held her. Her mother. Her eyes were a deep purple and looked to be far too intelligent for a newborn baby. Of course they didnt hold as much knowledge of a fully grown adult, but there was still too much in her eyes for normal people to be comfortable with.*
~Truinthil felt the newborn child in the room and grinned. He suddenly didnt seem so anxious. Without moving from his place, leaning against the wall, he knocked on the door.~
Is it safe to enter Athaele?

*she looked up* yes...*Atha looked down at the girl tilting her head then leaning over and pulling the glove over her taloned hand, the talons sinking back down so she wouldnt hurt the baby. Atha had over whelming feelings at this point... it sickened her...at the same time she felt too....happy... to care*

~Truinthil pushed off the wall and entered the room. Upon entering he looked at the child and tilted his head. He had not expected the child to be calm let alone with her eyes open.~
This child surpasses even my expectations.
*The baby looked over at Truinthil and something seemed odd about the girl then. Though she didnt smile, she seemed to respond to seeing the man and held her arms out, wanting to be picked up by Truinthil.*
~Blinking, Truinthil stayed where he was. There was something else now replacing the anxiety. Not fear exactly, but it was something.~
Why does she look at me like that?
~For a fraction of a second it would seem as if he was struggling to keep his voice stable and his face calm.~

*Atha looked at her, watching her more or less wanting to see what she would do, she got up, walking over to Truinthil, she held her out to him* she seems to know who you are...and she wants to be held...she wants to know your power, the feel of it...and the feel of your aura...Hylden children when born are immediatly held by both mother and father...not only to establish a bond with parent and child but to keep the child's aura stable, its highly unstable the first few moments of life...having both sense's of power causes the child's to sync and stable until it can control its power on its own...

I am not...
~He paused then shrugged~
I guess I am no different in feeling than Truinthil.
~He reached out and took the child, cradling it as if he knew what he was doing, and perhaps he did. He held her and for a moment there seemed to be...pride...in his eyes. That look was gone as fast as it had appeared though, as if it were never there in the first place.~

~looking to the door suddenly he sighed.~
I must go. Certain things call me. Take care of the child Athaele.
~with that he handed the child gently to her then disappeared in a swirl of flame.~

*Atha watched for a while, she almost smiled at the momentary Pride in the clone's eyes, then took her looking at the child curiously. her vision blurred slightly, as her head pounded slowly, what was going on? the wound...she had been so preoccupied with the child she had forgetten about it... too much blood was being lost, she stumbled over to the bed and crashed onto it, mumbling a weak healing spell in hylden. It was a feeble healing job but it had stopped the bleeding mostly. traditional birthing meathods or not. being pregnant had taken a serious toll on her, both her common sense and powers. She layed back on the bed, dizzy. the girl curling up next to her mother and falling asleep, aware of what happend*

*Atha walks around the halls quietly, twisting a curly lock around her finger, a simple black slik dress with thin straps and a low neck like fell gracefully on her figure, which was now back to normal.*

*Athaele lounged on a couch in the Parlor, one she had modeled into the style of the victorian era. She stared into the fire with a hommicidal glee in her eyes, she had been reading up on something again and it made her quite happy it would cause some suffering and she would enjoy every moment of it. Her thoughts shifted to the previous night. Truinthil seemed less then happy and that Sairys girl just flat out hated her. Atha smirked at that, foolish mortal girl. Atha woundered what possessed her to go visit Truinthil at that exact moment, sher could have the previous night when he did return, or even later tonight, but no she picked last night of all times. Was she worried or jealous? Of what? Truinthil used their "partnership" to gain a heir and he had what he wanted so there was no use for her anymore. Other then some cheap killing spree thrills, but anyone could provide that for him. She shook her head...and he said they were the two women who stole his heart. Garbage, rubbish...he may have had emotions but she doubted he actually felt anything. But that one time the moments before he Died....Athaele raised a gloved finger to her lips, tracing them....NO! She picked up a Metal stake used for adjusting the logs ont he fire and hurled it at the wall, through solid gold and three feet of onyx did it sail, like warm butter. No! She would not have these emotions he gave her be toyed with, she had managed to suppress herself while he was gone, she would live as so now. A few of the Hylden people walked in, black hooded cloaks covering them, they murmered questions, she shook her head and replied.* I'm Going out....I need something to kill.... *She went to a nerby village, none survived.*

*Athaele was walking down the hall, every once in a while a dark hooded figure would bow then dart past her. Atha had hardly paid any mind. As of late she'd seemed bored with what used to entertain her. The Hylden race ad easily overtaken the pitiful goverments of the Amazons and the rest of the conitinent. Atha herself had killed off whole villages without batting an eyelash. She needed a challenge as of late, something that she'd never consider, Something that would test every bit of her being. She turned into her room silently, thinking about her visit to the Fortress...that was uneventful in itself but it had caused her to think quite a bit about certain..things*
