I know it's a screamer, but plot?

A very pretty German car is going down a nice grassy hill, and when it passes a clump of trees, you see a white thing floating by the car. A zombie then jumps out at you.

OH! Seen it!

Someone used it in an ad for an energy drink once! XD <3
