DivineConquest Jei looked over at the girl who was watching from from behind her book. What was her name again? "You're Angie, right? What are you reading?" Angie looked up again as she was spoken to. "Wha? Angie? Yeah, that's me." She turned her book so the girls could see the cover. "I'm just reading The Hobbit for at least the billionth time." She grinned sheepishly.DessiDessi41 Suddenly rememberes the book that she was reading as well "It wouldn't hapen to be the Historian, would it?" She trailed off to herself "Man that's a good book......." She snapped into reality again. "The Historian? I've never heard of it..."

"Ah, I did indeed enjoy The Hobbit." Jei smiled. "But I could never get more than three pages into the Trilogy. I never really cared for Tolkien's style of writing, despite the wonderous story he does tell."

((I completely understand. I really should be studyding, but I'm a terrible slacker. If one observed me at home, one would never think that I was pre-med. O.o))
"I feel that way about a lot of important writers for some reason. Like Stephen King. He's so terribly wordy that I don't know what to make of him." Jei shook her head.

A giggle escaped from Dessi's grip "Wordy types of literature amuses me. You should read some of my writing. But I guess since my mind works in an odd fashion, I can read wordy things and translate most of it, but non wordy things give me the chills...." Dessi virtually runs away from they non-Wordy books.

A girl with shaggy black hair walks in and plops on one of the couches, looking somewhat worn out. She looks around at the people inside and makes note that most of them don't seem very active at all, like the last place she visited. "I should really try to find places with more life in them" she says with an apprehensive look on her face. "I always pick the places people don't do much in anymore."

"ah, but we do laze about quite steadily!" She stretched slowly. "We're for the people who just want a place to relax, chat slowly, maybe read a book, get a drink...."
She blinked. "I feel lazier just saying that. Me liking it here must mean I'm extra lazy?"

"Not at all sometimes its more fun just to hang out with good freinds doining nothing. Cause some other places have so much drama going on 24/7 a good lazy place is needed just to wind down."stats said once more form the leather on the couch.

Azure smiled. "I think I agree. It's nice to be unable to unwind and not have to worry about being 100 percent attentive at all times."
Azure walked over to refrigerator and pulled out a bottle of juice and poured herself in a glass before putting the bottle away. "Is it just me, or does anyone else think that drinks taste better in glass as opposed to plastic cups?"
(Azure's just easier to remember than Jei sweatdrop )

Kitsara wanders into the lounge and heads for the bar to order herself a root beer, no ice. With drink in hand she heads over for a comfortable shair and relaxes into it, glad to get off her feet for awhile.
