Miranda smile never left her face as she walked with him to his secret place where they would have their food. She started to hum softly, not enough where it would be annoying. Her own tail continued to wag about, and she can't but feel a tingle when his eyes are on her again

Abaddon continued to watch her for a while as they walked along silently until he managed to snap himself out of him entrancement she seemed to put him under. Trying to strike up some kind of conversation he asked, "so you don't regret coming... not even after seeing that display back there..." he knew it was an awkward question even a bit of an uncomfortable one but he didn't want to keep her there if she really wanted to go.

She blinked a little when he asked that question and she looked up at him, giving him a warm smile as she shakes her head, "Of course not, I've really been looking forward to spending time with you! Besides, you already told me about your temper, it's just part of who you are! I certainly don't mind....even if you directed it at me..." she says softly, turning her head to look back at their path again.

"Well I honestly hope that never happens..." he said with a slight chuckle though he knew it probably couldn't be avoided forever, and yet with her a side of him that he had hardly remembered having seemed to come out and stick around which he seemingly liked. Without thinking much of it then Abaddon slid his free hand down to her own and took it in his with a small smirk hoping she wouldn't mind. They had now been walking along the wooded path for a bit and would soon be reaching the northern beach of the island.

Miranda smiled warmly again and blushed when he took her hand in his larger one. She squeezed it lightly, still getting those shivers from his touch, but she certainly didn't mind now, coming to enjoy them greatly.

Abaddon was glad when Miranda didn't take her hand away from his and he continued to walk with her along the path until they finally reached the northern beach he then said to her, "its not too far from here promise just up a little ways and through that grouping of trees and brush up there, it sections off a small part of the beach into its own little private area that I think you'll like..."

Miranda squeaks in excitement, she was loving the scenery so far, but she couldn't wait to see the place he was taking her.

Once they reached the grove of tree's it was clear that not many passed through this area as a barely worn small path could hardly be seen, he let go of her hand then and with a smile and slight bow extending out his arm he said, "ladies first...and welcome to my little hide-a-way..."

Abaddon followed her into the grove and down the small path a ways until the path opened up to the beach once again, white silky sand completely extended out for about a half mile or so surrounded by the groves trees, it was quiet and peaceful and definately secluded, the way Abaddon liked it. Once they were both upon the beach he led Miranda up to a shadded little spot near another path in the grove though this one he didn't take. Instead he set down the picnic basket and then turned smiling to her.

Miranda looked around in excitement, the sand tickling a little bit underneath her toes. She giggles when he turns to her and she claps a little, padding up to him happily, "It's so beautiful here, the perfect place for a picnic!! Thank you so much Abbadon!" she says, and then jumps up and hugs him around his neck, dangling a little since he was so much taller then her.

Abaddon had not been expecting for her to suddenly jump up and hug him the way she did but all the same he managed to keep his balance and wrapped his arms around her waist returning her huggle, chuckleing slightly at her reaction. At the same moment he also became more aware of his heart beating which had only made him chuckle a bit more before settling her down. "So do you have a blanket we could lay out to sit and put the food on?"

Miranda let him go, reluctantly of course and she hopped to the ground, nodding as she pads over to the basket, kneeling beside it, "Yes, I brought some sweet tea to drink along with our food! I hope you don't mind!" she says, pulling out a red and white checkered blanket and spreading it out on the sand before getting ready to pull the food out.

"I don't mind at all m'lady..." he said with a smile helping her spread the blanket out over the sand. It was probably around four now and he was looking forward not only spending time with her but eating as well.

Miranda soon pulled out an array of foods, chicken sandwichs and a salad, some containers of cherries and watermelons and a plastic jug of sweetened tea and some plastic cups ot drink them out of. She even pulls out some small fruit tarts for them to snack on afterwards, a proud smile on her face over what she had prepared for them both.
