Hmmm, I haven't posted here yet...
I've done quite a few things that aren't very.. ahem.. normal... that involves Green Day...

i) I dressed up like Billie Joe
ii) I stopped talking to my friend for a week when I found out she thought Tre had "a wierd face"
iii) When my friend got Tre's drumstick at the GD concert, we made a shrine to it in the Point and bowed down to it.
iv) Remember that thread "What would you do if..."? Well, I did what I said I'd do (Go to the Ambassador, hand out back roses or somehting and mourn). Not because they were dead, just because I was afraid they would die... I made a petition too "Stop Green Day from dying" then i thought that was mean because they may not want to live forever...
v) For my Junior Certificate art project "Rock Against Bush" was just released, so I decided to my entire project on that, involving a very detailed A1 picture of Green Day. I gave it o my friend, but am currently trying to get it back for my college portfolio.
vi) I keep talking about Green Day, but then everyone who listens to me gets bored and leaves me all alone, talking about Green Day to no-one.
vii) My spare time on gaia is spent flaming all the annoying "greenday" fans who PM me becaue they want to talk about how great BLVD is. Arg.
viii) "Longview" has been my anthem in school for 3 years now.
ix) I sing that particular anthem in Maths until my teacher takes my Ipod away...
x) I have decorated my Ipod in Green Day stickers.
xi) I have convinced about... 38 guys in my school that Billie Joe is attractive.
xii) My room is covered in green Day pictures I have drawn.
xiii) All of said pictures are done in Insomniac style.
xiv) My voice left me for a week after the GD concert after Mike was 2 ******** feet away from me!!! ANd I was te only one screaming for him... Poor Mike!
xv) My english teacher gave me detention because I wrote all of my poems about Tre when I was meant to be writing them about Nature.
xvi) I stalked Kevie Joe at the concert... What?? He looks SCARILY like Billie Joe!

That's all I can think of at the moment.. I'm going to go read what everyone else had to say!! whee

That's all I can think of right now...

You're lucky you got GD obsessed friends! One of my friends currently won't speak to me either because she got mad at me because of something else I said, or because I wouldn't stop IMing her Billie Joe and Green Day pictures. I can't tell which one made her mad cause I was doing both at the time...

*shrug*

and I've driven many people nuts. On this one website you can buy GD teeshirts and they came in Adult and Girls sizes so now my dad is convinced that Green Day is like a boy band like Backstreet Boys because there was a specific size just for girls!!! I'm very annoyed with him.

My obsession has caused ME to...

1. Walk around school with a Billie Joe action figure hanging out of my purse.
2. Write "Billie Jane" as my name on homework assignments instead of "Kayla". (Only if I'm listening to Green Day at the time...)
3. Buy the Veggie Meal for lunch at school 'cuz Billie's a vegetarian (and I'm not...)
4. Refer to my friend as "St. Jimmy".
5. Listen to the song "Good Riddance" just to hear Billie say the word "********" in the beginning.
6. Constantly ask my chorus teacher if we can sing a Green Day song in our chorus concert.
7. Constantly talk about Billie Joe (I lost a couple friends for that... ouch... xp )
8. Based my History project on Green Day, when it was supposed to be about the Bill of Rights.
9. Wear a ring on the "special finger". When people ask if I'm married (to be mean), I say, "Yes, to a lovely man, that goes by the name 'Billie Joe'!"
10. To celebrate Billie's birthday, I convinced my dad to buy me a solid black t-s**t and some paint so I could make a shirt that says, "Happy 33rd Birthday, Billie Joe! - Kayla".
11. Write lyrics to the songs stuck in my head along the sides of my homework assignments, class assignm,ents, on quizes, and on tests at school.
12. Draw the images on the inside of the booklet for Dookie on my school work.
13. On my notebooks, cross out the subject name, and write a song that begins with the first letter on top of it. (Like Science is St. Jimmy, English is Eminius Sleepus, American History is American Idiot, and Math is Maria)
14. Tape a pic of Billie Joe on the inside of my Homework Folder.

1. only listen green day
2. feel proud to be 2 feet away from billie joe at the concert
3. have a concert review published in GSB.net
4. have a petition published in GDA.com
5. GD pic all around my room
6. wake up in the morning and the first thing i see is billie, mike and tre
7. constantly wear GD shirts for school
8. still get my cd player grounded and always with GD cds!!!
9. GD are my psicologists xDDD , really
10. I have to make a GD tribute a day, is some kind of obligation
11. convinced my friends that BJ is cute!
12. sing with my friends "J.A.R." each chemistry class.... is fun to be shuted by your teacher that also likes GD xDDD
13. when im driving , the only thing i listen site-not-allowed
14. Longview is the song that talks about my dog
15. If something personal that hurts me a lot happen... then i'll carve in my skin a B , to complete BJ xDDD
16. have the same earrings as billie joe in the same place xD

still i can't believe it, but i can't stop thinking about green day xDDD
